What a horrible company! They need to be shut down for scamming customers and not standing behind their product. We ordered a pool table and the middle beam does not fit. They sent a replacement and it was the same size.a week ago they said they would have a contractor come to fix it but no one has called nor has anyone on Wayfairs end actually done their job! I have an upside down pool table that is defective that i have paid for 🤦🏼♂️

Renault buyers beware!Their UK Renault assistance is a basic RAC breakdown cover and does not include your Tyres so if you have a flat tyre or puncture/blowout YOU ARE NOT COVERED. It is also impossible for you to purchase or extend tyre replacement cover directly from RAC.It has disappointed me and have lost confidence in Renault as a company to penny pinch on Health & Safety of its customers.

I have been using the free plan for Uptime robot for around 10 years now. I run a very small business and have to keep costs to a minimum so this has proved fantastic at monitoring the few websites I look after. The fact they still offer a free plan is amazing and I'm hugely grateful for it. I highly recommend their services and if you can to pay for a plan to help them out even better. I'm hoping to later in the year if I can grow my business.I recently had to call their customer service line and that was excellent too, I got through straight away and the chap solved my problem very quickly.

Worst customer service from an Online shop that I have ever received. I changed my address in my account before placing an order and I paid for express delivery to get my package online. When I paid for my order and get the confirmation I saw that it is gonna be delivered to my old address somehow! Although I triple checked my address before placing an order. I contacted Uniqlo 5 min after I placed the order and they basically did not care at all!!! They said that the best thing that they can do is for me to call me after the order has been dispatched and they may be able to ask the courier to return the order to them so I get the refund (without getting the express delivery cost back!) I used to be a good customer but this is the last time I have bought anything from them!

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address. It was a signed delivery, but they mentioned it was received by MAILBOX. Insane. When I called customer service, they kept saying, "We are investigating," but in actuality, they are doing nothing.

Quite frankly sick of being told that my missing items don’t qualify for a refund but I can leave a review to help them. Uber drivers say to go to the help section and I’ll get help but never do. How a company can take money and point blank refuse to give you a refund or replace your items is mind boggling. Services like this should be the easier options but it’s now not worth using and My god they need better customer service.

Oculus is sh!t. Bought 2 devices. First one locked up on the boot screen and sent back which they never returned. Second device purchased was in the middle of a game of golf+ and the whole system crashes. Tracking was lost. Rebooted the device, nothing. Factory reset the device, no picture whatsoever. Blank screen. DO NOT PURCHASE. NEITHER DEVICE LASTED 4 MONTHS BEFORE HAVING SOFTWARE RUIN THE SYSTEM. forget customer support they are worse than a mobile phone insurance company.

Ordered a 2k Xiaomi monitor. Delivery was very fast. No issues with payment. Monitor was perfect but have seen others say the QC on these monitors wasn't the best but no problems with mine. I did also enquire about returns and they do have an active customer service who ensured me it was easy to just fill in the return application and send it back.Haven't needed to claim warranty and also don't know if it has any? Have recommended Mi.com and Xiaomi to others.

Trash company with no refunds and their drivers will pick up your order then precede to do 2-3 other people's orders before yours...If you contact customer service they act like it's not happening and tell you to contact the driver to sort your issue... No refund is also breaking nz law.

I paid 4150 sgd for a Yoga Gen 9 AIO stand alone desktop. Took 10 days to ship from China. It was dead on arrival. Didn't start. Took 10 hours of work to get Lenovo customer support to look into it. Told me to take it to their repair center. After threatening them to file a complaint with Singapore Small Complaints Tribunal they sent an engineer to my house. Turns out the Lenovo has no memory board. Engineer laughed and said he has never seen this before. What complete rubbish. Save yourself a major headache and avoid Lenovo like a rat with black death. Even the Lenovo technician said piece of rubbish. OMG
