We tried to do our platform launch email through Brevo. They suspended our account mid launch without notice and shut off the links in our email. Customers were calling us that they couldn't access the links. Brevo took over an hour, 3 calls, and an email to resolve the issue. Total disaster never using them again.

I sent multiple messages to the creator on Creative Market, but received no response. Very disappointed. Disappointed that my money was wasted.

Tried to setup an account but "Something went wrong". I verified my account. Gave bank info and all personal info and still no one could see my account to send money. Even I couldn't search for my own account. Customer Service is a complete joke. They send you articles that have NOTHING to do with your issue. I reply asking, begging for help only to receive yet more pointless responses. Closed account after 3 days of zero help. So glad that there are other more adept companies than this one.

I Purchased a gift card during “deal of the day” for a free $15 gift card which they did not honor and my $100 gift card purchased is nonrefundable. I had no idea gift cards at target were nonrefundable. I no longer fell that Target has good customer service.

It was very easy to install Windows 11. I was trying to use VMware Fusion first and the installation process for Window 11 had many documents I had to read. I gave up on VMWare Fusion and was going to give up the dream of having a virtual machine on my MacBook Pro. But Parallels was dead simple.

I have purchased an ASUS E403S and find it is the most useless heap of junk I have ever owned. It came with Win 7 installed and an option to upgrade to Win10. Unfortunately, the upgrade will not work properly and has filled the storage and now there is zero space on the device to even do a restore to the previous version. I have tried adding external storage devices and it still will not work. Total waste of money!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ASUS LAPTOPS.I have had the absolute WORST customer service encounter with this company that i have ever had in my 30+ years in the IT industry. After purchasing an ASUS gaming laptop on Amazon for personal use, the system failed after only a few months of use. I sent the unit in for a quick RMA of the motherboard/hard drive for issues with it not booting and not detecting the hard drive. That's when things went downhill.The RMA itself took over a month to complete. The ASUS website never changed on the repair status other than to state 'We can not estimate the repair status, please check back later' and despite calling ASUS, using the MyASUS app for technical support chat, and making over 6 different attempts to find out the status of the repair, the only feedback I would get it 'it is being repaired, we will update you in 24-48 hours' which NEVER occurred. The only email I DID get from ASUS support asked me to perform local hardware diagnostics on the laptop that I didn't even have because it had already been at their service center for over 14 days.I was even charged $100 for the repair that obviously didn't fix the laptop, and my subsequent request to have the laptop replaced entire was immediately shot down in less than an hour despite specifically asking for an escalation. I was never transferred from the basic technicians to senior managers of any kind, and nothing was ever truly escalated that I could tell.I submitted scathing 0-star survey replies from their automated emails, and eventually a 1-star review of their product on Amazon and I have had NO replies from ASUS from any of the feedback.Buyers beware.
