Our Delta flight was very late and as a result of that (combined with them not checking our luggage to our final destination and having to go get it before proceeding to our next flight), we missed our connection. We were told by the crew on the plane as well as the red coat outside the plane at the gate that Delta would rebook us. I was very clear that our connection was on a different airline. The lady in the red coat outside the plane told us to go up to the KLM desk for help since there was no Delta desk at the airport and KLM is their partner.When we got to the KLM desk, three different people told us they could not help us and we had to call Delta. We called Delta and there was a 90 minute hold, and it was suggested that we use the App Chat. The person I chatted with told me specifically to talk to the airline we were booked on and rebook and if there was an out of pocket cost to fill out a reimbursement form.After not being able to be rebooked on our original airline, we went back to the KLM desk and booked there, since they are Delta’s partner and we were told to go there for help in the first place. There was no Delta option there. I have filled out the reimbursement form and forwarded the conversation I had with the delta employee where I was told to rebook and fill out the reimbursement form. They are now telling me that their policy does not allow them to reimburse flights on other airlines. But, again, this is what their own employee told me to do—go to the OTHER airline and rebook and fill out the reimbursement form, and I have sent them a copy of this conversation so they know this is what happened. It would be different if I made the decision on my own to do this, but I did not; they told me to do this. Now customer service is apologizing for the wrong information I was given and saying they’re not able to reimburse me. How is this even legal?

I’ll start with the positives, they have a good saving rates and the cashback is a bonus. Now the negative…I make a payment every month to the same account, and every. single. time. I am told to call them as they believe it is a fraudulent transaction. The shortest call I’ve had has been 15 minutes, others have been over 30 minutes, and that’s when I get an answer instantly. I’ve never experienced anything like it with any other bank. How can they not recognise that the account is the same account I make transactions to on a regular basis!!

I am a prime member of amazon.in and the services that I got is pathetic. I work as a freelancer for an Amazon store based in USA and my client wanted to buy a laptop for me for work. He wanted to use his card for accounting purpose so I tried to buy it on Amazon since the payment was not authorized from the bank so it declined at 1st time but then mu client called into his bank and authorized it and the order went through then Amazon somehow canceled the order. called Customer service they said to try again it should work. Again tried bank declined then client again called and authorized bank for the payment he cleared it from his bank but Amazon canceled the order again it happened several times. I called customer service again someone mentioned that if I have any relative who has prime try from their account as there is a flag on our account and it may take 24 hours to clear it. I wanted to use Prime day offer and I asked my brother to help me with this. and we placed the order successfully but Amazon is not happy with anything and they placed a hold on my brothers account asked for the info and we send the info they asked for. again another mail asked for the statement where address last 4 digits of the account and name is clearly mentioned. I had to ask my client for this and he being so generously sent me the details and we forwarded. Now they asked for tax invoice that has to be sent from his bank. What the hell is this. Am I being a freelancer how many times I need to reach to my client? All we wanted is to use prime day deal and buy a laptop using his account. If you don't accept international card why you didn't write it somewhere? In payment, section writes it clearly that international cards are not accepted. customer service should have not advised using relatives account for purchase either. I am so frustrated with Amazon that I had Amazon pay balance of 10K and I asked them to pay me back I will use other portals, not Amazon.in Amazon.com is good but not Amazon.in. My brother's account is still on hold I am really frustrated with Amazon that I don't want to use them anymore. I have been a regular customer with them not only me but my family too. In fact, I encouraged others to use as I myself handle amazon store in the US but will not encourage people to use such a frustrating service.

If you own a business you should avoid Yelp entirely. This company does not operate with integrity. It hides honest reviews from real customers and promotes false or malicious ones. The so called algorithm is not about fairness or transparency. It is about power and profit.Customers no longer trust Yelp. It is not a review platform. Pay to play or suffer.The most ironic part is that Yelp itself has a terrible reputation yet it profits by judging others. It allows anonymous users to post unchecked content while silencing actual customers. Their system is broken by design. It serves Yelp not the public.No business should advertise on Yelp. Do not pay for their listings. Do not give them a cent. There are dozens of alternative platforms with fairer algorithms and better reputations where your business can thrive and be seen. Give your time your trust and your marketing budget to companies that value honesty and transparency. Yelp does not deserve your business or your dollars. We disregard Yelp entirely and we recommend others do the same.This business model cannot last. Lawsuits are coming. Federal legislators are taking notice. The leadership at Yelp will eventually have to answer for what they have done and the company WILL DIE.The direction of any company reflects the choices of its leadership. Jeremy Stoppelman, the CEO and cofounder of Yelp, has presided over its designed slide into manipulation and exploitation. He has had years to correct course but continues to defend and profit from a system that harms small businesses. Accountability starts at the top.Yelp is not a platform for reviews. It is a warning. And its end is coming.

The package took 20 days to arrive./ It was delivered to me by my meighbor battered, opened and wet. Before it arrived I spoke to the Xiaomi customer service. It took them a week to start an "investigation" which would take 10-15 working days to issue a refund or a replacement. But in order to have them start an investigation I also had to speak to UPS. Long story short, rediculous delivery. Xiaomi Customer Service told me basically "Thanks for the feedback. Sorry" ....Also I noticed the reviews I have left for their products on their website get a 404 error. I have a feeling if it was 5 stars I would be able to see it.

Google FI will Rip You Off.Cancellation Is very difficult . They will keep charging your card even after you complain . You can't even remove your card from their system ( They claim they need to keep it for two bill cycles after you cancel service . But they continue to make charges to your card in the meantime .Terrible service/ support .Their call center employees have no discretion or authority . They just keep quoting canned phrases . Like a bunch of robots . Don't get fooled into signing up for their crappy service . THEY SUCK !

The item I ordered was on promotion 2 for 1 19.00 dollar promotion. There was a glitch in the order I guess because they only have me ordering one of it whatever. Instead of giving me benefit of the doubt and looking at My history with app , they deny any help to me ; The customer service is in India. It's not there fault . Their going based on term and conditions. So they fully denied me and the way it was communicated was sorry we can't do anything about it .. I felt so cheated. I got so mad and went on a rant demanding to speak to an American and Canadian soil agent . 😒 I finally got my refund . Honeslty never again . I'm deleting the app as we speak. Give your agents some authority to refund based on common sense and giving loyal customer benefit of the doubt . I googled up my error just to double check and it seems I'm not the only one. The app does glitch when taking order . I guess doordash rather blame customer 🤷. Seems like a common theme .

Ordered on the 23rd March. Finally had an email on 5th April to say parcel force had failed to deliver parcel as nobody was in but they had left a card. GotHome to find the card impossible to read. Went to 4 local post offices and sorting office, still no shoes. This is the second time ordering from Crocs and BOTH times it’s been a nightmare and I’ve had issues with delivery/parcel going missing!

I am not very satisfied. More and better videos than Netflix, definetly. I am not sure abut the @Lord of the rings@ sequel. It is not so sympathic. The storie is sometimes difficult to follow and I am missing a strong score like in the original. They use a lot of effects. They have interesting series like @damaged goods@ in german. Though I prefer sky.com
Review of logitech
Ordered on the 18th of January, goods are stuck in the Netherlands and have not moved since. Logitech refuse to do anything about this, cancel or refund and say the only way to get my money back is to wait for goods that cant be delivered and then reject them. This is clearly against the UKs Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states goods must be delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise must be refunded (Logitech states 2 to 4 weeks). If anyone knows what to do in this scenario please share but it seems Logitech are doing this to everyone in the UK with zero due diligence.
