Thief’sI cancelled my plan about 4 months ago and they keep charging me. There’s no billing department that can help you cancel over the phone. You have to send an email which they will not reply to you after you make a “ticket” with customer service. They ended up reaching out to me via email 2 months after I made the “ticket” just to tell me that it’s my fault because I kept sending them the payment. It’s automatically on autopay and there’s no way to take it off. Only way is to call your bank. The only department they have over the phone is tech support. Everything else is done by email. Nightmare of a company to deal with. I highly suggest not to use them.

I went with the free plan initially and then paid for the full life time license. the license was paid for on the 2nd January and decided that the software was terrible and not very accurate so I sent a request for a full refund on the 4th of January. I heard nothing from them so I then sent another email on the 14th January... still no reply.I again sent another email requesting a full refund stating all of the above.EDIT* I've edited my review from 1 star to 3 stars. They have refunded the money as requested but only after I posted my review. However, It will remain only as a 3 star due to poor communications at Neil Patel.

Stay away! If you forget to cancel your membership, you get no reminder that your membership will renew and you will get hit with a big charge months after you have quit using it. Customer care is unresponsive to kind requests about making an honest mistake even the same day the charge has hit. They purposely charge you quarterly or annually so you will forget and then they can charge you several hundred dollars for another year and it is completely non-refundable.

I am using basecamp 4.7.5 and I am really starting to hate basecamp. The database seems to get corrupted often and I lose data. I do regular backups (almost every time I make a set of changes). Recently I started Basecamp and it said the List file was corrupted (again). I restored a previous Backup and found that was also corrupted and so had to go back to the backup before then. So I lost all the data from my last trip. Sigh!

I have used TeamViewer for many years to assist friends and family with computer issues, and now that I am retired, I still offer occasional help. This year, TeamViewer is targeting commercial users posing as personal users. I am unable to connect, and they flagged my account as commercial. It is an AI decision because I have attempted to connect twice in the past six months. I used their online service to reclaim my personal licence status, but they declined and insisted I had misused the licence. I then had to complete and sign a declaration form stating I am a personal user. I am still waiting for them to reinstate my account for personal use.I won't hold my breath, but if they don't reply soon, I will use AnyDesk.

Rented a car for 10 days using Expedia.uk for a booking in USA. When arrived at pick up the agent could not process the booking and left me with the only option of paying again. I did this and contacted Expedia for a refund which they have refused to do and all I get is sanctimonious platitudes when I approach them. They won’t even give physical address in uk.
