Review of buzzsprout
I'm in my third year podcasting. The quality of episodes, ease of doing soundbites, analytics and distribution to all the platforms makes Buzzsprout the best choice for hosting my show. Highly recommend. I love getting my update emails every week. I love everything about using Buzzsprout.
Review of att
Wanted to switch from Verizon to AT&T. I called AT&T sales department. The woman was so rude and she was actually being very condescending, it was borderline calling me stupid. Never have I had in years a call like that! She had a slight accent, don’t know where she was from. But it was horrible. I’ll stick with Verizon!. And by the way, most of the information she gave me was totally Incorrect.
Review of parler
The problem with a PRIVATE community where you can speak your mind freely, it is a magnet for hate. Free speech with exposure (aka publicity) is supposed to be the goal. Free speech behind closed doors is not free speech at all. Places like this are also hide-aways for those who do not like their views criticized by the masses. If you have to hide what you are saying then it's probably not meant to be said. The system isn't a bad system. It's just a closed system. Thats the bad part. I think because of it's private nature, it takes away from the idea of having a place to say whatever you want freely. The people you do not want to hear what you have to say SHOULD be able to hear it and have an opinion without signing up to something "exclusive".
Review of hootsuite
The product works well, but customer service doesn't exist. We were charged a lot more by mistake, and there is no one to contact. After sending an email, we are still waiting for more than a week for someone to respond. Just to give you an idea, instead of £39.99 we were charged £199.99, and there is no one to sort out the issue.Based on our customer service support I would not recommend Hootsuite.

Review of tripadvisor
Their reviews are fake! I have left 3 reviews about Ibis hotel in london. The hotel complains and they inform me that "Ibis hotel flagged my review for not following Trip Advisors guidelines. I searched the guidelines and follow them to a T. The hotel complains about their bad review and they take it down. NOT one person can tell me how I did not follow their guidelines. I know I can't trust anything on their site, because they only have big business in minid
Review of lyft
A holding fee of $89 was taken from my account on 27th October 23. The ride was paid for successfully yet the holding fee was never returned. I can’t see any way of contacting anyone about this. My car provider advised that Lyft should have returned the payment within 30 days but haven’t.

Review of americanexpress
Avoid using American Express at all costs if you value the pricacy and security of your personal information, and your account. Over 2 years ago, American Express accidentally associated my account with a complete stranger. There was nothing to suggest this when viewing my account, however over several months (and several cancelled cards later), numerous strange transaction attempts occurred on my account; I even recieved another fresh credit card in the post with the stranger's name on, and at one point my account's email address was even changed. I spoke with Amex's fraud team numerous times, and at each stage, they assured me that the problem had been resolved, and that all would be well, though the issues continued unabated. After all of this, I ended up cancelling my card, and asked them to completely close my account. Now 2 years on, I finally thought it might be the right time to give them another go with a fresh account, however I have had my account open less than a week, and I've already been forced to cancel my card due to the same issues faced 2 years ago, (even though the new card had never even left my home!). What is more, it turned out that Amex never properly closed my account to begin with following the original issues. I am incredibly security conscious, and have unique passwords, 2FA etc. for every web service I use, and have no problems or unusual activity with any other service. Amex's team come across as incredibly incompentent and seem to have absolutely no idea what they are doing. If you don't want to waste hours of fruitless time on the phone, go with another credit card provider.
Review of avast
I have used Avast on all of my devices for over 10 years now and yes... I have tried others in the past but not one compares to Avast for protecting devices from viruses and malware. Avast zaps them the moment they are detected ...BEFORE they can attach themselves to your computer or device. Absolutely the best out there!

Review of vrbo
TL;DR - I tried to book a holiday weekend for my family of 5 a few weeks in advance. The initial booking went just fine, but the following day my reservation was automaticaly canceled. After many tries, and repeated contact with support, I was never able to make the booking.VRBO support process retains zero information about your previous contact. They do not escalate problems, and seemingly do not care if these problems lead to losing your booking.Longer Story:After the automatic cancelation, I contacted the host, who had no idea why, so I simply tried to rebook it. Nope. Generic error message, no details why it happened. On my own, I tried every trouble-shooting trick I could think of: different payment, different web browser, different device, etc.Nothing worked, so I called support. I had to call 5-6 times before they escalated my issue to tech support, completing the SAME troubleshooting steps (most of which I had already done myself) each time. I'm told that they will reach out by the end of the day. Nope! The next time I called, I demanded to speak to a supervisor. 30 minutes later, he comes on the line to tell me that the issue was on their end and that it had been referred to the developers. Please allow a few days. The next agent contacted me by email and asked me to start over AGAIN with the troubleshooting, after it had already been established that the problem was with their system.Support was always polite, but clearly not equipped to solve my problem. 5 hours of my time and a lot of stress later, I just let my booking autocancel and booked with the holiday park directly. The host is equally frustrated about the situation and, of coure, the loss of the booking. What a waste.
Review of vrbo
Stay away from VRBO. They cannot resolve simple issues. Me and my partner saved up for a weekend away. We decided to switch apartments because a refund was guaranteed if cancelled within the allocated time. Something went wrong with their tech and we didn’t receive our refund. More than 5 MONTHS later and a huge company like VRBO still haven’t refunded us and are actually trying to get us to resolve it by contacting several different people, asking for personal documents and details. It was only £150. Not a huge amount for such a big company. Check out reviews on trust pilot and you will see how many negative experiences people have had.
