Wow this company need a complete…

Wow this company need a complete overhaul! Basically I had to swap my iPhone as it was not updating as an old iPhone 5 so my brother gave me his old iPhone 6. I swapped sims and had to update most of my apps like eBay Amazon etc. But when I came to my email app ‘Outlook’ it wouldn’t let me sign in. So I followed the directions it gave me but I came across a barrier at each attempt. I couldn’t remember my password for that account so tried to reset it as the directions gave me but guess what !!! To reset my account I have to sign in even though I couldn’t sign in because I’d forgotten my password!!! Go figure!!! How thick is that ??? No common sense at all ! Trying to sign in to an account I can’t remember the password too? It gave me one option to receive a text “ TO MY LANDLINE “ !! Which cannot receive texts ? Tried to ask questions of the forum but guess what !!! You have to SIGN IN even to ask them for help ! Try to get through to Microsoft help and guess what !!! You have to “Sign in” to do that too? So basically your ****** trying to just access your own emails! So then I found a way to get a code sent to my brothers email which once done that takes you to a form to fill in and in this form it asks you to fill in passwords used in that email account! Well obviously as you know, I’ve forgotten my password!!! So I just put potential ones I may of used in those boxes! After then it asks me to put email addresses in boxes of people/companies I’ve recently emailed ? How the hell am I supposed to know them? I cannot access my email so no idea whom I’ve emailed or their addresses ! I actually hardly email anyone so no idea what those addresses are! I’m so frustrated and I’m disabled so I feel I’ve been vilified by outlook and have received no help or assistance just stress and frustration

Review of aol

AOL is a scam

I was a member of AOL almost since its start. Recently, their system created a glitch that kept me from signing in to my email (their doing, not mine. I am computer-savvy and have used the account, and others for years). I tried too many times and was locked out. When I called for help - the first time in decades, mind you, they told me the only way they could unlock the account was for me to start a paid subscription of 4.99 a month. In essence, they were holding me hostage - I could not get at my emails until I signed up. Needless to say, as soon as I could migrate my email over to a new FREE account - as most of them are - I canned AOL. Pathetic bunch. Do yourself a favor and do likewise. No need to pay for poor service. I believe they prey on people who signed up years ago, start charging for what was once free, and rely on the fact that people don't want to change their email over to a new provider, so they put up with the charge. I would suspect that seniors would be especially vulnerable to this practice.

I had a disgruntled customer contact multiple friends to leave reviews for us. When I called them, they said to flag the reviews which were literally identical as the original. They said that they would remove it based on the information. They cited with the customer that was mad at us for, not giving her more than two glasses of wine. This company is a joke.

Scribd charged around $4.50 every month…

Scribd charged around $4.50 every month since Nov 2021 even though I haven't updated my card details. They never sent any e-mail notification on my charges and they always hide the info just like that. Past six months I was trying to investigate why I am I getting this charge. Today I found it that Scribd is using my apple account to charge this amount where I have updated my US card. I really disappointed the way they charged me without my knowledge. One time only I logged into it. But they used PII details without my consent. So, please don't login to SCRIBD ever. It is a FAUD company

Purchased £170 worth of clothes online…

Purchased £170 worth of clothes online which was delivered to the wrong address (you can even see in the photo it was delivered to enterprise car rental on the other side of the road) The people working there said the delivery driver took the package away as they told him there was nobody there of that name there however after numerous live chat messages over the last 3 weeks they are telling me it was delivered and do not qualify for a refund!! Disgusting customer service, they just don't want to know or help me what so ever. I will have to now contact my credit card company but I will NEVER spend a penny in Zara ever again, they don't deserve my business and to be honest most of the clothes I have bought don't last 5 minutes anyway as the quality is so poor.

Review of wellsfargo

Bad like a monty python sketch

Bad like a monty python sketch. i created my wells fargo account mainly for the chance at $300 bonus. I no longer believe I will ever see this. First I transfered money into my account. This took about a week which is a pretty long time but then even though it was already in my account I was told it was only pending and it would take another week. I then tried to use zelle and was told I could only send $500. When I tried to send $500 I was told I couldn't and no one at Wells Fargo could tell me why. They just kept saying it "should" work. Yes. It should. That took about three days to stop happening. A month went by and still no debit card. I received my first direct deposit which normally would post at noon exactly. With Wells fargo it posted at 5pm. I do not have a debit card so I can't use my money so I tried to transfer money to another account only for Wells Fargo to tell me I can not do that until they send to test transfers first. I am still waiting for that to happen. So at the moment I have no idea how to get my money out of my bank account to pay bills. I reached out to Wells Fargo on social media which lead to a frankly hilarious back and forth with their instagram team where they continued to ask me to DM them after I already had leading me to realize Wells Fargo's instagram account is run about as well as it's bank accounts. Literally not one thing has worked in the entire month I have had a wells fargo account. It's almost impressive.

Review of washingtonpost

Once fine journalism. Now propaganda rag.

Years ago when I took my Politics major, several of my lecturers recommended that I take out a subscription of the WP. It was, they believed, an excellent and neutral news source for American politics, which I was studying at the time.Oh how things change! The WP is now little more than a propaganda rag for the Democratic party. When even my most partisan Democrat friends can clearly see the WP's biases - and laugh despairingly over them - you know the paper has a huge problem. If I could give the Post zero stars I would. Not just because it's standard is *bad*, but because biased media such as the Post is complicit in destroying free America with lies and half-truths. And as for me, I voted with my feet. As did my Democrat friends. None of us have any use for propaganda. We can think for ourselves, thanks very much.

Review of patreon

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Since February and despite requesting my withdrawal from Patreon, I still charge today the fee of 11.10 euros at the beginning of the month. I have had to send to my bank a request for reimbursement of that amount of those illegal charges with all the documentation about emails sent by me and Patreon, in which it confirms my withdrawal, despite continuing to charge that illegal amount to my account. IT IS A SCAM! I will have to waste time in making complaints to the Consumer Organization of my city. I do not recommend it to anyone

Best Keyboard and Mouse

Best Keyboard and Mouse.I don't know why Logitech has so negative reviews. To be frank, I have been using Logitech products since a long time and they are really good and still performing well. The price tag of their products is also better compared to the other brands with same features.

Plastic junk

I'm so upset and angry at the scam Lenovo have pulled with the Ideapad 320-14 that they sold me that I feel I have to post here. I will never buy another Lenovo product. Having chosen 8GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, though my usage is really moderate web browsing and office stuff, the HDD failed after 1 year and 3 months - 3 months out of warranty. I have been advised that the model of Seagate HDD used is very unreliable. I don't know whether Seagate or Lenovo are to blame, but it's Lenovo's product. Added to the shoddy case and build quality and all the minor glitches along the way, I sincerely regret buying this laptop - the worst performing that I have ever owned.

Review of ulta

I received a gift card as a gift from a past co-worker. When I went to use my gift card at an Ulta store the employee used scissors to scratch off the pin which ultimately scratched off the entire pin so it was not visible. I contacted their gift card support and the first person I was speaking too found it and said I would receive a e-gift card within 48 hours. I never received and reached out about the status... their customer service was absolutely terrible saying they couldn't find it then they couldn't do anything because it was purchased at a 3rd party seller. So I contacted Target where the gift card was purchased and they stated when the gift card is purchased it automatically transferred to Ulta and the funds are under Ulta. So Ulta lied... reached back out to them and they can see the balance of the gift card, they received pictures of the gift card and a reference # from Target regarding the situation. Then they wanted proof of purchase... well it was a GIFT I did not buy the gift card I received it as a GIFT. They refuse to do anything about it so they are basically stealing $25 from the person who purchased it. If you are going to make gift cards and have to scratch off a pin to use it they should have better quality so the pins cannot be easily ruined. What SCAMs, LIARS and thief's. Do not purchase gift cards from them they'll just keep the money for themselves. If you can pull the gift card up and see there is a balance and have proof of the actual gift card it shouldn't be impossible to get a replacement. Especially when one of their employees scratched off the pin. They lied saying only the 3rd party seller could handle it and when the first person I spoke to said I would get a e-gift card.
