Terrible Hosting Plan unless you plan to do nothing within your site other than run a basic blog. STAY AWAY !!!!!!Forced to use Jet Pack though it causes conflict with other plugins.Admins get logged out from site automatically after logging in from front end, have to login via back end.Can't use many good plugins as the hosting set up is very, very basic.Uses a very old system of PHP. PHP version used is not current but a few years old. They have no idea when it will be upgraded to the current system.Support staff that come on have various degrees of expertise , some are really basic !Can't use the best anti spam plugin, WP Spam Shield. Can't use Peepso video plugin. Really regret moving to this hosting, will move out once I have the time and resource. Difficulty is, I have a huge site.

Tried to charge me £107 for leaving!If you leave, you lose access to everything you've paid for.I contacted support who waived the fee (after trying to get me to sign up to other plans).Apparently there is also a loophole you can use to cancel. I closed Amazon account because they required me to travel 40 km to return goods that were not fit for purpose to their depot (could not do what they claimed because of manufacturing defects) - no other option for return was offered. After that I found that I no longer could order on my Kindle, I opened a new account, bought three books and they did not appear on kindle, so I asked Amazon help to connect to my kindle and send the three books. They did so and the three books appeared, but they removed access to the hundreds of books already on my kindle (a thousand dollars or more, five never read), They never said they would do this or this would happen. They refuse to replace the books to my kindle - despite them presumably being on its hard drive! i.e. they say getting a new account and connecting it has cut off all access to what I bought over the years. They have offered no refund for all those books, and refused to contact a senior person for discussion.

It's a little difficult to believe that a major corporation cannot work online purchases nearly a quarter of a century into the 21st c. I'm a novice for using VS but thought I'd get my wife something nice for Christmas. She's always said how VS bras are the best and worth the $. So she gave her size and even the style/item she'd like. Simple right. So I got "$20 holiday discount" for the $50 item. It was the wrong size. These things happen, especially in the modern world with the confusion of poor sizing charts coming out all over internationally etc. So they asked me to bring back/exchange at the local store/mall store. No prob. I haven't been in a mall for some time since there's very little reason anymore unless you're under the age of 17 (I'm not). The girl was a bit new, I could tell, who assisted and her supervisor wasn't much help. But the girl tried. She was happy to make the exchange but didn't catch that the now regular price came up for the item I was now receiving (well it would be shipped since no in store). Once this occurred, she couldn't just void the ticket and correct it. The supervisor said to call customer care, who kept her on the phone for like 10 minutes. She finally informed me to just bring in the new item when I receive and they'll straighten it out. The girl means well and did a fine job, but the supervisor was of little help and if this process is how VS works in a storefront in this day and age, no wonder shoppers have found better quality elsewhere and accessibly online. VS obviously doesn't know how to work online sales still and doesn't appear to care much about the customer (I've read the reviews). So I don't think I'll personally be purchasing anything for the wife again from them. Too much over just exchanging an item. Again, the girl in the store did her best and wanted to truly assist. The others involved both around her and at customer care are pretty worthless. I know. I called customer care before I came in. Like most corporations, the call relocates to an apparent Mid Eastern call center (I've called a few times, same outcome). They're nice, sure, but they're of no assistance on exchanging a product - or, apparently, assisting to simply void a ticket. LOL

I hadn't used Smallpdf before, and I was surprised to find that I had unknowingly subscribed, resulting in a deduction from my account. However, upon reaching out to their support team via email, I was impressed by their lightning-fast response, which took mere minutes. They not only understood my issue but also resolved it promptly. I must say, their support team is exceptional and extremely helpful. I would confidently rate them 5 out of 5.

Worst support ever.Shopify changed our shop settings without our consent. This resulted in extra unjustly costs. It took 42 days to get an answer which was nothing more then: "We will not pay you back".After 12 years of being a loyal customer without any support needs in the past, this is what you get.We will switch from POS, this is really unacceptable.

This website is a total scam. I signed up for a free trial that said they would charge me after a week. I gave them my card information and was immediately charged. It's NOT free at all. Additionally, there is no option to remove your card information from your account. They keep it forever. The best you can do is turn auto-renew off. I have requested a refund but I do not have high hopes for them to actually return my stolen money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with OpenAI's ChatGPT service and, in particular, its abysmal customer support. As a subscriber paying a premium of $200 per month, I expect a certain level of service and competence, neither of which I have received.The core issue began when ChatGPT itself started malfunctioning. I reached out to customer support for assistance, but all I received were generic, unhelpful template responses. They were utterly useless in resolving the problem, essentially forcing me to troubleshoot the issues myself.In an attempt to identify the cause of the ongoing ChatGPT malfunctions – a situation created by their faulty service and non-existent support – I had to resort to testing various conditions, which included using VPNs and accessing my account from multiple devices. Instead of understanding that these actions were a direct result of their failure to provide a working product or support, OpenAI flagged my account for "account sharing or fraudulent access" and downgraded it.I have explained the entire situation to their support (the human ones, supposedly), clearly stating that all actions were taken by me, the legitimate account owner, solely for troubleshooting purposes due to their initial failures. Despite this, they have refused to manually lift the restriction, telling me to wait for an automated system review. It's an insult. If the account owner confirms their actions, why is there no manual override? What kind of "support" is this?It is outrageous that a paying customer, especially one on a $200/month plan, should have to go through such an ordeal. First, I'm burdened with fixing their broken service on my own due to incompetent support, and then I'm penalized for it. I am effectively paying for a service I cannot properly use, and for the privilege of being treated like a rule-breaker for trying to make it work.If OpenAI cannot provide functional support or a stable service, and punishes users for trying to navigate these failings, then they should not be charging premium fees. I am left feeling completely ripped off and disrespected. They should, at the very least, refund the fees for the period I've been unable to properly use the service due to their incompetence and unfair actions.I urge other potential and existing users, especially those considering paid plans, to be aware of this level of "service." This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and OpenAI needs a serious overhaul of its customer support and its automated flagging systems, particularly for high-value subscribers.
