You couldn't make this up....So many programmes about scammers and being scammed and yet you are the biggest of them all. First you charge me a quarterly fee over 4 months for a 12 month licence so basically I don't need to pay for 8 months...WRONG! You immediately start monthly direct debit payments to put me effectively paying 9 months up front... I don't think so, I'm cancelling my DD after the 4 months then you can swing as I'm never falling for your fraudulent scamming of people again.

I bought a floral file for use on my daughter's bridal shower invitations and other wedding-related stationery. Since it has been a few years since I have purchased from Creative Market, I forgot to sign into my existing account before completing the purchase.Having checked out as a guest, I was warned on the download page that if I didn't sign in to my account, I wouldn't have permanent access to my new file should I need it, so I navigated away from that page to log in before downloading. Unfortunately, this action locked me out of the availability of my file. Since I had purchased it using a new email address as well, that complicated matters further.I contacted Customer Support after trying the troubleshooting tips listed on the Help page but ended up frustrated since it would not even let me authorize my device to update the email on my account. This puzzled me since I am using the same device I have always used to purchase and download files from Creative Market.I ended up having to wait THREE DAYS to get an answer from Customer Support. They advised me to start over with a new account, so now I have two. I was just glad to finally have access to my new file so I could get on with my project. It was a good thing I wasn't on a fixed deadline, or else this delay would have been problematic indeed.My guess is that since I am not a member of the CM site (for an extra fee), I was low on the totem pole for customer assistance. Still, in this day of technological advances, three days seems to me to be an unheard of amount of time to wait for help on what should have been a fairly straightforward matter.I am normally not one to complain, but since you asked about my experience, I have given it.

Ordered installation for 250$ of a tv. No info was provided to me by the rep that if my tv was above a go that there wud be another 130 charge plus tax!!!!I bought 400$ tv and had to pay the same amount for installation.Never ever purchase installation services from Best Buy again!!! My handyman could hv done it for less just that Best Buy also brought the tv with them NOT WORTH it too sneaky. Had I known that I would not hv purchased their services

Every time I have used Stack Overflow, I have received incredibly unhelpful or arrogant comments, which tend to be quite passive-aggressive. And for most questions they just close and shut down because they think they know what they are talking about despite not answering what I asked correctly, they just assume without reading the description of the question. Just don't waste your time.

Doesn't care at all about hate so much it doesn't even provide an option to report whole subs... and only ever removes them if they receive media backlash, usually after murders, or such... oh, but individual accounts belonging to nobodies? Apparently, many are employed specifically to suspend them for often no reason at all (other than their boredom, maybe)... ridiculous site.
