Skype was so much better. The options in Teams do not work, it does not translate the messages, and I work with foreigners. On Skype, I could follow the conversations and respond easily,but now I have to translate and copy everything into my browser. Luckily, they all have WhatsApp, and we all moved there because it is more convenient. I have also sent them an email about it, and they never responded, so they lack service too.

Whilst watching a series, if there are easter eggs in the credits, these get lost because Channel 4 instantly move to the next episode without giving us an option of watching the credits of the current episode before proceeding. Hence we miss all the easter eggs. :-(

Honestly, I used to find their brick and mortar store a delight to shop at, offering the best quality, service and return policy. However, that has all changed. I purchased several items from BB&B. I wrote to tell them that I wanted to return one of the purchases as it did not meet my needs (it did not do what it was designed to do and kept falling from the rod- and cost $20).They responded with a very dissatisfying note "Sorry, you experienced buyer's remorse." You can say that again. So sorry I shopped with them. I will never purchase another thing from BB&B, as they practice poor service & sell inferior goods.
