This bank WFargo supports fraudulent charges on my credit card even after I SUPPORTED ALL EVIDENCE it had been a fraud, including police report filed next day after committed fraud. Dispute depatment has received all relevant information : copies of all receipts, my ID, police officer ID, etc. I called the bank the very next day after discovery this fraud. But they ignored as always and continue to charge late fee. I am Disabled military veteran and such attitude from Well Fargo is conspiracy with crooks. My total loss due WF actions is more $ 13,500 starting April 2024 to March 2025.

I have had many positive purchases in the past.This time I tried to spend £51.93 with a one time payment card over three payments, and was declined with no explanation after having always paid on time and used it for much larger purchases won't be using again was a waste of my time and could get an explanation of why from customer services

I have been avoiding this payment plan platform for years and the other day I tried it for the first time. Tried to order parts from a large retailer trough Klarna 3 times and the order has never been processed, Klarna has withdrawn 3 times the amount from my account and holds it for now yet doesn’t proces the payment (for the same amount I could have ordered in full) now I’m stuck with no funds and with no items for my business. I contacted the customer service. Initially an AI assistant will greet you and try to solve the issue ( the assistant is dull as a rock and wind do anything by repeat it self) once you get pissed you will get the option to be transferred to a rear assistant, surprisingly they are not any better an will basically apologetically reappear the same exact information. Klarna is a fully auto nosed platform so the customer service won’t help you with anything but tell you to wait for a few days and they again. Now let’s imagine this scenario: you need urgently to order something that might be critical for you, the order might or might not get trough, now the amount you spend is blocked for 1 to 7 days and you still don’t get your order. In case you contact the store they will tell you clearly, this is Klarna that didn’t proces the payment as they should. Well it looks like my suspension were correct and I will probably just keep on using my card as usual because Klarna didn’t prove them selves for me.

After spending 4 k on the fastest laptop Dell makes and getting the pro service plan for 3 years. I have never had worse service. I was literally hung up on multiple times, my problem was never resolved and I finally just gave up and lived with the fact my 4K machine lost its video card driver and would not reload it. There solution wipe my computer and start over. DELL IS CRAP NEVER BUY ONE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

I recently purchased the Alienware 27 QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725DF, enticed by its advanced features and specifications. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The monitor ceased to function in less than an hour of usage, which was highly disappointing. To add to the frustration, the customer support’s response was less than ideal. After a few days of back and forth, with me explaining the matter again and again to a new person, both email and iMessages SEPARATELY, they offered two solutions: 1) repairing the monitor with refurbished parts (yes, my 1000$ BRAND NEW monitor repaired with used parts) , and 2) replacing it with an older model (3 years on the market). The latter was particularly surprising as they referred to my recently purchased model as ‘end-of-life’, even though it was introduced in January this year. The process has been time-consuming, highly frustrating and exhausting, with over two weeks spent explaining the issue to different employees via chat and email. The lack of efficient communication and satisfactory resolution has significantly impacted my perception of the brand and the product. Last but not least, after 2 weeks I said to them that I'm not interested in any other proposals others than me sending the monitor back and getting a full refund. The Customer Support employee put me in contact with yet another department where they told me that "a refund is not possible because my purchase was 18 days old". Imagine my shock after chatting with them for multiple hours every day (a time that I'm NOT GETTING BACK never) all that time and they made it look like I was the one responsible for taking too long to request a refund. After my reaction and threating them with legal action, I still didn't receive any satisfactory solution and I'm involving a lawyer at this stage. While this could be an isolated incident, potential buyers should be aware of my experience. I hope Alienware improves their product reliability and customer service in the future. P.D: all their emails end with "Thank you for choosing Dell". I told them not to thank me as it was the last time I chosen them.

Saw my recent payment posted late, and I was charged a late fee. I've called 5 times now and every time I get someone and explain the situation they tell me theyt will reduce the late fee, then all of a sudden they say "oh..lost the call" and hang up. I think they are being told to do this because Ulta is charging late fees due to late payments because mail is so slow. Really disgraceful!

I tried to setup an NBN service with them. When you think this is their core business, they should probably transition to selling Pizza's or something anything other than telecommunications.3 weeks in and still no, zip, nil progress. If this is the best they can offer a new customer, what chance has an existing customer under contract got of being satisfied.
