We travelled from Lhr to Cochin on 14 th of july. We have missed one luggage. . We waited patiently for one week . There is no response from Emirites they keep on telling us its under tracebility. Cochin emirites team told they can only communicate only through email . I dont understand in 21 st century there are many mode of communication. My children clothes and their necessary things are inside. We have to buy all clothes and their necessary things from India. Contacted me personnaly London Emirites team they said to contact cochin emirites airport . No body is taking any responsibilitu. We are struggling in our holidays as a passenger..

I purchased a 75 inch tv. The TV turns itself on and off and the volume goes in and out. I contacted customer service (CS), was told to not worry, a software push was coming soon to fix this issue within the next two weeks bevause many users were reporting the same issue. Two weeks go by, I reach back out. I am told they cancelled the software update and that they will not repair my TV , instead they discontinued the line of TV's. Their warranty merits a full return, but I have to supply the box. I asked them to send me a box because who has a massive box for a 75 inch tv? They tell me they do not have any spare boxes to send me and that it was my problem to figure out. One representative also accused me of breaking the TV, when I reminded her it was a software problem not physical damage, she ended the online chat! Fortunately I saved it for my records. Philips outsourced their CS to the Philippines. I told them a return would not work, I bought the TV on black friday, so I received a good deal on the TV and could not buy a comparative TV for the price from another company. Philips sells other 75 inch TVs, but would not replace mine with any other model that they sell. They discontinued the model they sold me so I couldn't get a replacement model of the TV I bought from them either. Truly an unethical company that failed to take responsibility for selling a faulty product. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I think you guys should check the quality of the products better. I bought a package from someone that was incomplete, some links did not work, many contents were vastly old or unusable. I wrote a bad review because I felt cheated. The buyer offered me 2 free products so I would change my review to a good one. So this is totally scamming and bribery, isn't it? I did not amend my review. I think such kind of sellers should be banned from such platforms. These are only after money and do not offer honest products.

I needed it to be able to boot into the Windows operating system on my Mac, but didn't want the alternative boot from the beginning. There was a specific software I needed to use where the Windows version is considerably superior to the Mac version. I bought Parallels because it seemed to offer this solution. I was not disappointed. It has enabled me perfectly to load the software within the Windows environmental on my Mac and to use it, while continuing to use the rest of my email and other software in the Mac environment. Perfect.

I am absolutely FED UP with these greedy b*stards - they take off features while taking money WITHOUT warning from my account. EVERY year they take about GBP 100 from my account and cannot be bothered to send an email warning me maybe a month or two weeks ago, and every damn year they mess up my finances that way! And when I complain, they tell me to look at "manage billing" which says when the money will be taken - yea, except every one of us is on about 20 paid apps nowadays, so I cannot keep looking at all of them all the time! WHY are they SO incompetent (or maybe they just don't care). I need to look for an alternative.
