This camera is trash. i was able to use it only once after the camera wouldn't turn on. So i've checked online and so much people having trouble with their products. The customer service is garbage just trying to save time and make the warranty expires. The list of supported country for exchange or refund is so little only Europe basically. I bought this camera in China, YES they sell in China but it is not a supported country! Now i am abroad and i have to pay 150 USD for less than 1 KG shipping in order to send it back and get an exchange camera, it is not covered because of my current location. You can ship only through UPS off course the most expensive shipping service in the world. DONT BUY GO PRO DONT LET THEIR MARKETING STRATEGY FOOL YOU

Don’t download this app if you want to talk to a bot and get denied access to your account of 10 years worth over something very minor. Seriously you guys need to step up and get this app sorted with real people who can actually REPLY to you and solve an issue. My dad who I haven’t spoke to in two years would reply faster than Snapchat team, a bot like where is the human decency??????My Snapchat got deleted over something I didn’t even know was illegal and 10 years of my memories are gone. The only pictures I have left of my brother and my dog who both died. I have no other personal videos of either of them. Snapchat needs to really consider their actions this shit is so heartbreaking none of my memories will upload to my phone or my laptop because it’s 10 YEARS WORTH. Should be ashamed of yourselves it’s so stupid you guys are ridiculous and I hope you lose business.

My issue with lenovo is placing the order and it got canceled twice. Mind you that it took over an hour each time before to place the order. Called a 3rd time only to be bounced around between reps and finally gave up. Lenovo is a good brand on its own I'm sure but if its so hard to just place an order I can only imagine what's it like when you are trying to get Tech support on one of their products. Will be going with a different brand because of this issue.
