Something that could be improved upon is the name search function. For example; We have about 20 Mikes in our system. However, I only work with let's say one of them. When I type Mike into the search bar, it will show me 5 Mikes that I have never spoken with. A feature that will show you top contacts based on activity amount would be nice. Sometimes when I even will type his last name he will not show up. Often I have to go straight to his company page to find his contact information. Just some constructive feedback.

I owned a Wordpress website/blog for 6 years. It was a money pit. I had the feather theme and it had many problems. The worst problem was that it failed to capture every email when people tried to subscribe. I complained so much they finally referred me to Mojo Market Place to fix tech problems. That place charged tons of money but played games. They would only fix a problem for a certain number of minutes ( like 20) then I had to call back and they shuffled my calls around. They even viewed me through my computer lens without telling me they were doing so. I figured it out when someone commented about something they’d only know if they could see me. Then when I complained about them, I received a couple annonymous prank calls with the caller calling me an old granny. These things soured me forever to stay away from Wordpress—oh, and my subscriber button was never fixed. Somehow I started getting subscribers but my blog was capturing the emails of scammers. Sorry Wordpress, I’d love to have a Wordpress blog, but I feel like I was drained of money and run through the wringer.

I shelled out nearly 400 AUD for investing pro plus this FY. For this I get company profile reports that are mostly 6 months old (financials etc), if you are lucky they are 3 months old. Today I looked at a share that is quite active in the market (ASX200) the most current report/article was 3 years old!! Their valuation also appears to be 4 years old, completely useless. There are much cheaper sites eg Simply Wall street that give more up to date info and are half the price
