This is a cowboy company

This is a cowboy company. I made a purchase and there website told me the payment was unsuccessful so i reentered my details and it took the payment and i noticed that i had also been charged for the first payment as well. There is no response when i raised the issue to customer services and there is no way to contact them. They make it impossible for you to get through to them to return your money. Eventbrite are a bunch of crooks

You Cannot Call Them; No, you just Cannot!

My account was blocked today. I tried to call, but you cant, you just cant! I had to go on to my bank and cancel all my credit cards and then request Amazon to delete my account. Also some time ago I had a parcel delivery that never got delivered albeit the email said it was. I could not call them, so I had to go round all the nearby streets until I got my parcel at another no 6

Amazon need to improve

Amazon need to improve! Ordered an item on Amazon next day delivery was not informed it was a third party before ordering. Evri was supposed to deliver next but did not. Amazon claims they attempted delivery at 20.15 which is not true as Evri web site said sorry we cannot deliver today will attempt again tomorrow. Amazon customer service is almost non existent and they make it very difficult to communicate.

Shame yer can't give NO stars !Absolutely shocking customer service!Placed an order for two fishing rods on the 9th May, delivery expected 17th- 21st of May. Tracking said delivery by 8pm on the 21st of May. 8.01 pm the delivery notice changed to 26th of May. That's my Trip away ruined as I was going fishing ,Yer can't fish without a fishing rod !!Tried contacting the seller,with no correspondence,and Amazon yer can't speak to a Human. Just fobbed off with auto responses! Shocking customer service, I will never order from such a heartless uncaring company again. DO NOT USE AMAZON UK FOR ANYTHING!EASY TO LOSE A CUSTOMER TWICE AS HARD TO KEEP ONE ! THEY DONT CARE THOUGH !!!!!

Chegg is not what it was.

When I first joined Chegg over a year ago, I was thrilled that I could get answers and receive help within the hour. Now, for several months, I have posted questions that haven't been answered, and after a few days, my question is refunded. This leads me to believe that the people who work at Chegg are either not smart enough to be working there or lazy. I am very disappointed because I was a loyal customer. I'm going to cancel my subscription. I would like a refund for my monthly subscription as most of my questions were never answered.

Supports Fraud

Supports Fraud. I am extremely disappointed at the actions venmo took when my sister's account got hacked and requested money from me. Once discovering it wasn't her, I contacted venmo to help get my money back and their response to the situation was since I already sent them the money they requested, there's nothing they could do. My account was frozen and sent to collections because I did not want to pay a thief who was robbing innocent people of their money. Will be sharing this story with everyone I know and will no longer be using this as a payment method. Do not recommend or trust this app.

Terrible

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Impossible to get customer service or tech support. Every time I attempt to fund my account from a bank or debit card, get error "We couldn't add your money. Our support team is standing by to help". The only way to attempt contact is through the app and I finally got contact via email. Here it is:"Ranny from Venmo Support here. 👋️ I can see that one of my colleagues has assisted you in adding money to your Venmo account. Let me check your case and let’s work together to find a solution. Your best option will be to try the transfer again later, as our system isn’t allowing this attempt to go through. For security reasons, we’re unable to provide additional details about why the transfer didn’t process.  Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee when you’ll be able to add money to your Venmo account successfully. Keep in mind that whenever you receive payments from other users on Venmo, those payments are added to your Venmo balance, and you’re welcome to spend any money on your Venmo balance using your Venmo Debit Card. I know that this is not the outcome that you are looking for but we appreciate your understanding of this process. Please let me know if you have any questions or clarifications regarding this process."It's been over a week and no fix. Venmo's stance on this problem is absurd and there 'service' is marginal. As soon as it DOES get fixed, I will be closing my account. The entire operation is edgy at best.

Great idea, gone wrong

I created a logon, spent a long time composing a question to Stackoverflow’s demanding requirements only to have it immediately dismissed and closed because it “is not focused”. As a newbie, I’m very discouraged. The answer to my question would have been either “Yes” or “No”, so how much more focused could it be? As a novice Python hobbyist, I’ve attempted to use the site many times to find answers to questions and it is most frustrating. Answers are often closed before properly answered or confusing. It’s a great idea, badly executed. I will probably delete my account because, apparently, my ability to compose a question in lucid English is not equal to their requirements.

I ordered a computer on 14th November and the money left my account instantly. I was told it was next day delivery but absolutely nothing has arrived and I've had no communication for nearly three weeks. When I've tried to ring HP there's been no apology and they've insisted it's been lost by Parcel Force and a new computer is on its way. But no emails to confirm this and no sign of the computer. Absolutely shocking.

Relevance search

Something that could be improved upon is the name search function. For example; We have about 20 Mikes in our system. However, I only work with let's say one of them. When I type Mike into the search bar, it will show me 5 Mikes that I have never spoken with. A feature that will show you top contacts based on activity amount would be nice. Sometimes when I even will type his last name he will not show up. Often I have to go straight to his company page to find his contact information. Just some constructive feedback.
