Have spent over 5 hours on hold in aggregate to make a booking and then to try get a refund where Disney charged me more than I was told on the phone. When I escalated customer service rep promised to email me back with a resolution. Still waiting for a response…

AT&T air internet is the worst Internet…

AT&T air internet is the worst Internet I have ever had. It is intermittent all day everyday. I stream everything, so imagine trying to watch a movie when your internet keeps turning off and on all day long. They have sent their people out here many times to repair to no avail. I am truly done with you guys. I just cancelled my direct tv which is owned by AT&T and I will be cancelling my internet and mobile phone plans as well. Bye forever AT&T!

Bad customer service

ordered this shoes. They sent me totally different shoes. When I spoke to customer care they said they don’t have the size I ordered. This is ridiculous. I paid for shipping and they said we didn’t charge for shipping. I sent them a proof. I wasted my time. Looking for shoes and order it and got different shoes and now it is my hassle to return it and look for another shoe. Their customer service is very rude. They didn’t apologies once for the mistake. Very bad experience with adidas.

Creative Market Good...but

I believe Creative Market has the best quality graphics, textures, etc. on the market; however I gave a rating of three because the plans are not cost effective for the buyer. In addition, I had an incident with customer service which took several weeks to resolve. I had to go through a round-about way to finally get someone to get back to me. This was concerning as I wanted to change my payment option.

Scum sites

The website contains wrong answers to student practice problems. I've now suggested to correct these wrong answers, at least those I spotted myself. However, I couldn't do that. I couldn't even leave a comment with the correct solution. After a short chat with the customer service, I was told that it is impossible to do. So, my strong advice is to stay away from this website. It looks like a scum. They don't allow you to try it before purchase, and after the purchase, it turns to be useless. Plus bear in mind that they don't refund the subscriptions even 10 minutes after the purchase.[EDIT] I have now encountered a several more sites which are twins of Chegg, for example Bartleby. If you are looking for an answer to your study problem in Google, you'll always arrive to one of these sites, where the solution is blurred and you're asked to pay to see it. I suggest for everyone who arrives to such sites, immediately leave them and not to pay anything. They are clearly scum.

Wrong item deliberately sent as seller did not have my order, for a refund I have to pay postage out of my own money to china and weight for a refund. This can take weeks and weeks.

I would give them 0 stars if possible!Their website is extremely confusing and misleading. Having never used the ULEZ zone previously I tried to make payment to be led to multiple pages and informed to download the app. Once registered with the app I received an email to say I had been charged £10 for an annual fee! I registered within 24hrs of arriving in London and stayed for 3 days. I called TFL to ask why there were no charges on my account and was told that they take a number of days to update but due to not paying for the first day I was to be fined £160 or £80 if paid quiicker for non payment as this was not covered by the auto pay although the other days were.Even the publicised customer service number is chargeable and having been padded out with irrelevant information I was told to call another number. Another effort to extort every available penny from the user!To top it off I was referred back to their disfunctional website to find the complaints section as their customer service line does not have a complaints department! You couldnt make it up! What a joke.
