With so many companies switching customer service over to AI refreshing for a company to have a phone number you can call with a human on the other end is able to help you vitt the problem you have. I've called multiple times and each time the person on the other end is helpful. Considerate and makes me appreciate the fact that GoDaddy is continuing to use people

Great customer service

The customer service at Shapeways is top notch. They are very tentative with their customers and appear to actually care about helping get problems resolved in a timely fashion. James, the senior customer service agent that dealt with was extremely helpful. I understand unfortunate things happen sometimes so its nice to know Shapeways has your back when something goes wrong.

Automatic threat recognition

Automatic threat recognition, unfortunately not reliable. I suspect that they continue to detect a website as phishing just because it redirects to a Facebook page. Obviously without having logged in, Facebook asks to log in and their artificial "intelligence" does not understand that what it sees is the real Facebook login and interprets it as phishing. Repeated attempts to resolve the issue, but without success. Wrote to their support, never received answers other than automatic responses. So the service is useless and dangerous.

They close my seller account because of masks. We have been selling 100% legal items on bol.com, but one day we decided to add protective masks.We didn't know it wasn't allowed, they completely shut down our shop.Is this how you help the community? You could just give a warning and that's it. Instead, you shut down our store making 20-30 orders every days.Thank you, never again!

Think twice about subscribing

This was one of the weakest cancellation experiences I’ve had. Needed to call in and wait for 30 minutes to cancel. Obviously the WSJ could set things up to allow customers to cancel or suspend subscriptions online.The WSJ is by far my favourite newspaper. Great writing. But their customer service is worse than some cable companies!

I really like this company - they have done very well for me - I'm a podcaster, and if someone wants to tell me they like the show and leave me a small amount of money - this does it really well. They are also responsive on troubleshooting. My only niggles are that the newsletters can't be written directly into the template, but have to go into goggle docs first, and they no longer allow you to use photos with your profile.
