I've been a subscriber for some time and have found the software very good but I keep being asked to upgrade which I did sometime ago and I keep getting blocked even though I subscribe. On top of that in order to use some features I have to minimise my screen because the controls don't always work. The software is great but I wish the controls worked all the time and I didn't get blocked from using what I'm paying for. Put those right and you'll have a very happy member because the effects are great.

Echo similar messages.Ordered 2 monitors as Christmas presents in Nov 2020, they still have not arrived.The Dell 'Customer Care' merry-go-around is just hell and seems to be designed to wear the customer down and just go away!Unable to get any one on the phone. Perpetual hold. Last Email response was to cancel order with no intent to meets the obligations of the sale. Reorder for double the price.

I called Dell Customer Support about a new Dell laptop. The laptop kept overheating. The customer service rep, Mike, proceeded to share my computer, compromised my data and tried ordering gift cards for himself for Best Buy and Amazon. Fortunately I was able to cancel both his purchases and change my passcodes. I called Dell to report it to Dell security. They took the information, but did not really seem concerned!
