Of course, there is space for improvement, however... If you don't earn you don't need to pay. It is a very simple service, with a friendly UI for everyone. I would maybe appreciate an easier calculation of provision, but that's maybe my subjective feeling.Anyway, I highly recommend this service if you're selling digital products!

Refusing valid refund due to terrible customer service

Purchased tickets for a showing I couldn't make and was told I needed to contact customer service for a refund. Even though I reached out well before the movie started per policy, no one was available via chat or phone. Chat never connected, and I waited on hold for 40 minutes before giving up when calling. Now customer service gives me the same bs line that they can't refund me because I contacted them after the start time of the film. Total scam - if customer service isn't available, then the consumer gets screwed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EBAY

I ordered a product on eBay and never received it. Contacted eBay several times. You can’t speak to a person about issues so it’s easy for them to ignore you. They said contact seller. I did. Three times. No response from them either. I contacted eBay again. Same thing—told to contact seller. I did. No response. They have my money $30 and I have nothing except a computerized response from eBay. So I’m out $30 with no recourse. I’m a senior citizen who has to purchase carefully. I’m not happy that eBay has taken no responsibility.

Buyer beware!!!!!! No books and no refund!!

Ordered a book on the 12th October 2023, and being in Australia paid heavily for shipping (plus conversion from USD to AUD made it even more expensive!!). The tracking number listed recorded the book was shipped, but no further check points registered. It is now 4th January 2024 and there's still no book or further tracking provided. Have sent multiple messages and requested a refund several times but my messages are being totally ignored. So now I am out of pocket and have no book. My money has simply gone into their ever increasing bank account without the promised merchandise sent in return. That is called FRAUD!

Horrible staff, contact support is impossible

Is impossible to contact them to talk to a human being. they give me warning for doing stuff that other people do without any issue. they earn billions a year and dont even have an live chat or email to contact them. even worse then facebook!!
