I recently called to lower my AT&T bill, as the bill was over $500.00 and there was a mistake. I had explained the situation of what had happened as I had sent a phone back and it was not taken off the bill. I was told " I could lower my phone bill from two $230.00 to $ 209.00 and change plus tax" with an additional line and a "free" phone. I should have known better as my bill is now over $300. I called to discuss the bill and was disconnected by 2 customer service representatives. When I spoke with the first customer service representative on lowering my bill. Initially, on May 13th. I was on the phone for atleast an hour, never had one disconnection. I was being very polite although frustrated. When I spoke with the second customer was representative, he asked for a good contact number in case we got disconnected. I gave him my phone number and went over all the figures, the bill was higher than the first representatives figure! When I asked him how he arrived at that figure? We mysteriously got disconnected. Which his figure was more than the first representatives figure of $299.19. his figure was still over three hundred dollars and, that was with canceling some features I had on my phone. That is more than my car payment!!! It's ridiculous and obviously the AT&T representatives lie to you. I am going to go down to the store tomorrow and cancel my service. Not to mention that I've been losing service at times for hours and It has been all over the news of the outages. I am done with you AT&T!

I purchased an apple mouse in May. I sent it for repare 3 times for the same issue. However the mouse is still not functioning properly. That is why I paid almost 90 euro for non- functional mouse. Now they said that I need to send one more time for repear.How many time do I need to send it to repear service??? And every time repear service said that THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MOUSE. I am sure that there is an issue with this mouse. I have 2 computer and 2 mouse with apple brand. Only I have problem which I bought bol.com. Please send me a new one or give my money back!!!!! The worst news source out there, very, very biased one sided narratives - not news but biased opinions instead! Bill Gates is one of the biggest donors to BBC News and they say whatever he tells them to do which is frightening because the vast majority of the UK population watch the news and believe everything someone on the TV tells them! Massive conflict of interests within the BBC, "the people" pay for licences to be lied to every day. No genuine journalism or objective reporting happens on the BBC at all - BBC you are an absolute disgrace - you should no longer be able to broadcast on the airwaves!

Appauling. Avoid travelling in London at all costs. Went to london with my family for the bank holiday and we were alll charged £6 and £5.10 to use the tube two days in a row. I have an extra £18 taken from my account on the same day which is not showing on my TFL account. I have rang up twice spoken to my bank and emailed back and forth and still nowhere im being told we cant see that £18 was taken i have sent PDFs and an authorisation code the bank gave me as proof that an additional £18 has been taken and still im being told on the phone we cant do anything fill out a form online and the email is just the same they are ignoring what i am saying and asking me to register my second device which i dont have a second card or device. Honestly would rather go to Manchester or Liverpool i will avoid London like the plague! Absolutely disgusting customer service for such a large company i will be escalating it with the bank.

I have never written a review on this site before, but I had to make an account after using crypto.com. This company should NOT be operating. I have used many crypto exchanges and have not come across anything as terrible as this app.1) They took two bank deposits, without crediting anything to my account 2) Literally no way to contact support, you open the chat in the app and have to talk to a bot, eventually the bot gives you the option to speak with a specialist who is supposed to reply within 2 hours. It’s been 3 days and nothing. 3) If you go on twitter, they will tell you to DM them, if you DM them nothing happens, again it has been 3 days of that. They only publicly write for you to message them so it can publicly look like they promptly deal with issues, but they actually don’t. It’s funny because when you tag them on twitter or X, they reply to your tweet immediately, because ofcourse that’s visible to the public. then you message them and radio silence. 4) They will reply under this review with exactly the same strategy, to make it look liek they care for people who read the negative review.Do not use this scam of a company. I am now having to deal with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a book on the 12th October 2023, and being in Australia paid heavily for shipping (plus conversion from USD to AUD made it even more expensive!!). The tracking number listed recorded the book was shipped, but no further check points registered. It is now 4th January 2024 and there's still no book or further tracking provided. Have sent multiple messages and requested a refund several times but my messages are being totally ignored. So now I am out of pocket and have no book. My money has simply gone into their ever increasing bank account without the promised merchandise sent in return. That is called FRAUD!
