Slower than they say

UPDATE: finally, after pushing, my shop is visible.I used to buy some T-shirts here a while ago and things went fine.Now I tried to start a shop here as a seller. This is hopeless.It exceeds 5 business days, my shop is still invisible and support is just an auto-reply. No real person is to be found.I am not sure about this anymore. Seems like they are not out there to help to start artists, so I just wonder how they will handle clients.

Constant glitches are driving me mad

Constant glitches are driving me mad. Timer is rubbish and when you are supposed to get double or triple XP, you don’t always get them. Sometimes it is impossible to complete a lesson because the app just stops working. Sadly I have just signed up for a year and it looks like I have wasted my money. Wish they would allow you to pay monthly.

If there is something that I don't understand or if I need help, then there is the helpdesk. They react on a very short term, friendly with a lot of knowledge. I recently purchased a Starter Account from Statista for 1,609.20 USD, expecting immediate access to a wide range of content. Unfortunately, I was unable to access any of the advertised free information. I contacted their customer service within 24 hours of purchase and followed up several times, including reaching out to their team in Germany. Despite these efforts, I received no response or resolution to my issue. This experience has been highly disappointing, highlighting a lack of effective customer support and failing to meet the promised service standards.“They replied after 2weeks”Hi Mo, Thank you for your email. Sendgrid: Easy to get started

Using sendgrid to send emails via nodejs is very simple.Templates are good and easy to extend but there needs to be a finer line with using the WYSIWYG editor and also adding in code templates for handlebars.Also there need to be templates for templates so that we can one consistent theme and make brand updates instantaneously / whether this be done in the platform or via a setting in the library I think this is a big thing not to be skimmed over.

Good hardware, horrible software

Ive been a die hard fan of their Mx master series mice for a long time. Hardware-wise they are really good, nice functionality and work well.But the software is so bad it does not make sense. You can't update the mouse on mac because... why would you.Sometimes the mouse just forgets all functionality and you have to open the app again. And right now the app cannot even open, but just spins and spins. OBS: changed to 1 star since it NEEDS to open at startup of your computer

Review of eBay

Made a banktransfer on their LUX…

Made a banktransfer ( € 96,38) on their LUX account. Few weerks later E Bay starts sending reminders. Checked with my bank who after investigations came with prove that receipt was confirmed by LUX and remitted to E Bay but this (more and more doubtfull) outfit however denies having received the amount fo sales expenses, then after several time and lots of e mails ( wich are always answerd by E Bay with a "no reply"" mail) blocked my account and keep sending reminders form their ""no reply"" mailadress...!?! Recently they informed ( more of less Threaten and again from their "'no reply" mailadress) to appoint Debt Collection Agency. This company does no longer deserve a star. Not even half of it. After a membership of 17 years i have had it with them. For once and for good and forever.Interesting fact moreover hereto is that the number of complaints on the German and Dutch site also have increased very very rapidly..Something is going very wrong there but they seem not to care. Or don't want to, assuming they have a monopoly-position.Well : Good news for them ; I don't care either anymore.And, If this collecting agency turns up, i will give them full details of my "legal assistance" policy..And let them deal with this the Robot-answers of E Bay. I am done with them...Really do hope that more E Bayers will do the same...

They host spam site(s) and do not respond to inquiries about it

Months ago I reported to them on the appropriate page that a website they host is sending tons spam emails and ignores request to unsubscribe from users who never signed up.I asked Cloudflare to take a look into the matter and take action - but they did nothing, and didn't even reply with a follow up.Edit: Over the past weeks months I have been getting more spam/scam emails from addresses hosted at Cloudflare. Unfortunately they have yet to do something about it.This is NOT OK, they have responsibilities too. I will update this review if something changes!

There is NO customer support WORST EVER!!

There is NO customer support. There is no chat no number to call for help. There is a sales number and when you call it you go to voice mail. How does this place stay in business without any communication with customers?
