I don't think anyone could design a worse application than EA play if they tried. The entire EA ecosystem is one big clusterduck. I do not understand how such a large company can operate worse than kids in a sandbox. EA : I propose to you that you fire everyone working at EA support and EA play and hire me. I can do the same as all of them combined for much cheaper. So in essence you will still be getting absolutely nothing, but paying less people.

The Nest thermostat was a good product, but now almost unusable. To be fair, Google replaced the thermostat but the same issue remained. The heat schedule is now a waste of time. All started when the software was updated. Having it ripped out and replaced with a different system. Shame!

What a waste of time.They keep on promising delivery, but never delivers. Keep on transffering me to talk with another department, noone has the answer of when my order will arrive.I have been waiting forever, and they dont even allow me to pick up the order myself in their shop, so I have to wait for their delivery (which I think is never going to happen).I have tried to cancel the order, but they can't even cancel over the phone or e-mail, so I have to go to the shop physically to cancel the order (don't know yet if I will be able to).Such a waste of my time, and noone in the shop or in the online service will take the responsibility or help me.Worst company ever !!

What a joke of a company!! I suppose there are some customer service representatives that have huge power trips on deleting people's account and telling them that they can no longer help them! freezing my account and telling me they are permanently deactivating my account because I pay my daycare weekly from this account!!??? Seriously the customer service guy Allen is on a huge power trip! Not good customer service at all! I guess I learned that you can't pay your friends using venmo you will lose your account!

All they do is call my phone. I ended up blocking multi numbers, but I can see where they are constantly still trying to call. It won't go through, so they aren't able to even get a ring on their end. I will be changing my number, but these are the MOST foul azz individuals in creation. It shows how low-classed individuals they are. Until then, I'll buy a blow-horn and as soon as they say something, I'll let the horn speak for me. I hope it damages their ear drum.

They have a nice UI and functionality, but their fees are overrated. I mean $45 a month to fill out forms doesn't make a lot of sense. You can get a lot more value for cheaper.Also, if you ever forget to cancel, good luck in getting a refund! Even if you never used it. This is what I had in an annual subscription, forgot to cancel within a month and refused to refund like $250 even though I didn't use it at all!

Do not subscribe - I have just spent an very unpleasant 37 minutes trying to cancel my subscription - absolutely unbelievable. They must be haemorrhaging readers if they feel the need to torture the remaining paying subscribers if they try and leave. I have read that when one is attempting to leave a cult, you need to leave your family, friends and start a new life with no money, no place to stay and no future - leaving the economist subscription is about on par.

American Express is no longer what I have become accustomed to with when dealing with this company. The customer service is horrible. The service you received from the reps you encounter when calling is the worst I have ever encountered. I caution anyone thinking of getting this card to do your research before doing so.

I personally have a very good experience with Amex. I had a challenging financial year, last year, and having my credit card saved me. Interest rates are a bit high in my plan, but it's what we agreed initially. It was my first credit card experience, as before I applied to another bank and they rejected it, (although they approved me a year later). But I'll be forever grateful with Amex for approving my application first. Thanks to that I was able to do a lot of things I wouldn't been able otherwise, and to go through some challenges during that year while changing jobs and others.
