Ubisoft connect does not work

Ubisoft connect does not work. You cannot play any games. All I get is "connection lost" when I try to log in. So called troubleshooting does not fix it. Using a VPN does not work. Requests for technical support on their twitter account are ignored. I bought a game and I had to ask for a refund because I could not download it to play. Steam works fine with my Internet connection.

Awful customer service. They have suspended my account and I have tried numerous times to reactivate my account following all of their instructions. Keep getting automated responses and no help whatsoever. Wish I could give zero stars

Review of fiverr

They allow lies

I regularly work with freelancers on Fiverr and have always had good experiences (I have 5 stars from 12 works). But recently, I came across a freelancer who did a terrible job. I honestly told the freelancer that the work was very poor, and she offered a refund. After this, the freelancer lied in the review, claiming I kept the work without paying.That is clearly not an opinion — it’s a lie and goes against Fiverr’s terms and conditions.Still, Fiverr refused to remove the review and only replied with canned messages saying it reflects the user’s opinion.In short: they allow low-quality freelancers to lie about their clients, and Fiverr doesn’t verify anything.Very bad experience with the platform. I don’t recommend it. UPDATE: They use the same canned messages here in Trustpilot, to make as if they care, but they do nothing in fact. I KNOW THEY REPLIED TO MY TICKET AND THAT'S WHY I WAS COMPLAINING. They replied to me with a canned message, saying it was an opinion of the freelancer, not checking any fact and allowing the freelancer to lie. As mentioned before, most freelancers in Fiverr work well, but Fiverr itself is a very bad company, they don't even apply their terms and policies agains false facts and lies.

Facebook support is terrible

Facebook support is terrible. We run numerous ads for our clients and on this 1 and only occasion of contacting Facebook support we were met with very poor responses. From them receiving a screen recording, to repeating themselves about an issue that didn't exist and ignoring numerous questions. Overall very bad, they are lucky to get 1 star.

Dreadful Migration of google domains - What an absolute mess of a company squarespace are. They have set me as the owner of all my clients domains in the google domains migration. its a hot mess of the workspace billing too. Customer service are non existent and have no knowledge of the issue they have created. Squarespace need a good lawyer because they are harming my client reputation for my business. Not one of my clients have had a positive experience since the migration. the company needs folding fast and they guy who's bright idea it was to purchase google domains.... he needs firing PRONTO SQUARESPACE I REACH OUT TO YOU FIX IT FAST

Impossible to get an Invoice.

Impossible to get an Invoice.The website is full of dark patterns and unclear information.To get an invoice from them is impossible. I had to write 3 times plus 2 emails to have a simple invoice, needed for business purposes.I still not see the end of this journey.What's the benefit of using a service like this if Hotels.com is worse then buy directly an hotel?Stay away from Hotels.com!

My CLOSED zoom account was hacked and…

My CLOSED zoom account was hacked and the credit card that was supposedly removed was charged... Someone in Vietnam enabled 2 factor authetication and I was unable to access the account or resolve it... Trying to call them, only premium subscribers receive phone support... via email support and chat support I have spent several hours dealing with them... constant "disconnects" from chats, emails taking 45 minutes or an hour to be responded to... all the while, the accounts remain open, charges continue to be made (though stopped now due to me pausing the card once I called them)... and NO assistance from zoom whatsoever...

Ordered a gift for a wedding, paid $7 for it to be beautifully wrapped with a note. At least I received the two items I ordered because it didn’t come wrapped or with the note I paid for. Wouldn’t recommend.

Impossible to cancel Auto Renew

Impossible to cancel and Auto Renew subscription for an obsolete product ( Alert Commander ). The Cancel Auto renew link does not work, the Chat line robot asks for a serial number ( does not exist ) and trying the Order Number route also does not work. Phone route is beyond exasperation! Never tick Auto Renew in the good days as you will spend hours going around in circles.

I called yesterday April 1st & had been very lucky to get a wonderful helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative her name starts with an M. I wish I can spell it but I don’t want to butcher her name it is a very beautiful and long name so I do not want to misspell it ! I wish I had paper next to me yesterday so I could have written her name down to give a proper thank you as I feel excellent customer service is hard to come by and I’m ever so thankful I got her on the phone to help me! I had an issue with my order and there was an issue on the customer service side as well; as we all know how technology just sometimes needs to be restarted or rebooted when it just doesn’t want to do what it normally does so easily but no matter she made sure to tell me she would take care of the issue as soon as her computer would work properly again & I check my emails later and see she definitely took care of the issue and had resolved everything for me. I wish everyone can be so helpful, understanding and knowledgeable as this wonderful representative I had help me! Thank you so kindly again for all your help and time I **greatly** appreciate it !! ULTA we need more representatives like this please !!

Since I’ve had a Dashlane life’s never been better trying to deal with passwords and remembering them. I have saved a lot of time with the auto fill features of this app, and have strong passwords to Ditore hackers. The program works absolutely fantastic. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.

Won't let me change my password…

Won't let me change my password because, allegedly, I haven't had the account for long enough....err, 10 years not long enough? Impossible to close my account - after 3 hours of going round in circles, it's clear there is NO option for closing an account. Appalling!

PatheticNo-one to speak to communicate with, you just assume everyone knows what you know!!My third party IT company has ran our Google account for over a decade - now YOU say anything over 30gb cannot be done in this manner so everything has just been switched back to myself - where I had organised over the ppast decade a 1TB google account. Now you have removed that due to YOUR error - you admitted that to my IT company. So I go to billing for my emails and there is no mention of billing for my Googledrive - as I have 160gb of data on my email and drive - and your email billing is for only 30gbSo I try to contact you - I cant do that without a merchant IDYoure pretty UNuser friendly arent you!!!!So get in touch with me and get someone to talk me through what needs to be done before the 11th January - YOUR deadline - if it doesnt get sorted and I lose data I WILL be suing you for loss of all my business data - THAT is a fact and you WILL lose!
