Stay away from this chess app. Stressful system, brutal support, and bad staffs. Don't even subscribe for the paid plan.--------------------------------Newest update: I doubt my Chess.com account would be banned due to this update. I am a free member of Chess.com. As I analyzed the bad connection when I played online tournaments, most of my games against a paid member got a bad connection. Really bad internet connection, while opening other sites can run smoothly. So that the paid member won time a lot. Is it the way this company makes money? If so, stay away from this company. They could control your internet connection when you played chess there. Don't ever play online chess when your connection gets controlled by the chess app. It would be very stressful.------------Update; Oh, what reply I got here. The reply pretends they are good in support. I strongly advise all chess players to be careful on Chess.com. The system of this chess site doesn't allow you to have a high rating. There are many accounts there with a low rating that we don't really know whether or not they are real human or bots. Once your rating is increasing, the system makes you play against those low-rated accounts and when you are going to win the game, the cut the connection to make you lose time. This way will make it impossible for you to get a high rating if you are a free membership. If you are a new user there, they will send you promotional messages constantly ask you to upgrade to an expensive paid plan. They don't really care that the free members got stressed with that tricky system. Is that ethical? You guys can evaluate yourself how they serve the free accounts. It's not fair at all and what makes people hate this chess app.The worst thing is you will be disconnected in a game when you are going to double points after 2 or more wins in a live competition. A stressful game, isn't it?
