I was watching MasterChef Junior and I…

I was watching MasterChef Junior and I was on my on the last episode watch 3/4 of it and it disappeared off Hulu later on that night so I could not resume. I called customer service. She asked me a bunch of questions. I told her it was on, and I wanted to later on that night and she ended up hanging up on me, this service don’t get it. It’s not worth the hassle they put shows on and then when you watch half of them, you can’t resume they pull them off. It’s happened many times. I think it’s bad customer service to hang up on people and not solve their issues

Is fedex into east egg hunts? Always a mystery where to find the package. What ever happened to walking up to the porch or front door and leaving it there. Looks like they threw the package at my walk way so they did not have to get out of the car.

Not worth the price due to customer service

Good context. Customer service is beyond poor. It would be negative 3 stars for the excuses and fix all response “ give it a few days”. Beware of ordering anything from their store. All of my orders have been messed up. First order never left the facility for two weeks and all I got was “ give it a couple of days” second order they copied address wrong and the order was returned. So after waiting a month I have to go back m forth in email to get my money back. They will say it’s due Covid. I want everyone to remain safe but to make hide behind Covid to your consistent mess ups and insufficient ways make me a grey for those who do go out each and every day and still do their job with pride and respect for others time and money

No refund after seven months

I placed an online order in September and only received part of my order, I disputed this several months ago and got a refund for the items i did not receive from my Bank after providing details, just to find that a month later, they have taken the money i was refunded out of my account, I have appealed this to no avail! I have never had a problem in store but do not shop from here, online, unless you want to never receive your items and never get the money back after seven months.

Another Great American Company in decline

Ive been an IHG Rewards Platinum Elite member since 2005 and not sure why. The main perk of membership is a free annual reward night. However I've lost more than I've redeemed because every time I try to use them the hotels I am going to will not take them. Knowing that I had an event coming up on the 27th of April in a not so touristy town that will take it but the event was one week after my expiration date. I called IHG rewards to see if I would be able to use it. The gentleman I spoke with said yes, as long as I reserved the room before the expiration date. Today is April 14th and I'm trying to use it and I am being told no I can't redeem it because I have to use it before the 21st. Very sad nobody including the manager who I have been on the phone with for the past 30 minutes was able to help. My 19 year platinum elite membership is not worth one earned free night exception to them, which says a lot. I went on Trustpilot to see if others had similar experiences and they had a rating of "BAD" so mine is not unique. Today, I am discontinuing my relationship with IHG and will make a concerted effort to never stay in an IHG property again. I'm pretty sure this in not the customer service experience that founder Kimmons Wilson's Holiday Inn success story was built on. Another great American Company that will eventually go by the wayside sadly.

Simply pointless and an obvious scam

Unfortunately, ChatGPT has become a virtual scam. If even the so-called "GPTs" fall below the ridiculous usage limit of 40 messages every three hours, then this cannot be justified because of all the work involved in creating such a "GPT". So it is actually not possible to create your own bot. In addition, the "GPTs" do not work despite clear instructions. Guys, that's not how it works, ChatGPT in this form is just a ridiculous, useless gimmick and will not have the future, that everyone is talking about! Either do it right without this excessive limit or continue to receive one-star reviews and at some point be forced to give up the "AI", which is actually not AI.

WPEngine is a top tier Wordpress hosting company

I have hosted websites for 15 years, and have hosted WordPress sites for approximately 10 years. My sites are for Small or Medium sized companies and non for profit organizations.Since I switched to WPEngine 7 years ago, I have not experienced major outages, or even minor ones If I recall correctly. More importantly I have experienced 0 security incidents. Sites load fast, and features such as Staging and Production instances allows me to develop and update sites in a reliable and professional way.WPEngine is a premium Wordpress host, it is on the more expensive range of hosts, but you get what you pay for. One needs to understand, you are at the Software as a Service level offering, so you will save time that you would otherwise spend on managing your own PHP instance updates, and dealing with a lot of plumbing when compared to pure LAMP hosting where you need to manage everything that Wordpress requires. Sure you can do it, but time is money and once set up, you have to maintain it, optimize it, monitor it, and solve issues which takes time and debugging. I was hacked when using prior hosts, probably because I didn't patch systems when vulnerabilities were known, and I almost lost my business as my site was down for days. Since I have been with WPEngine, I have been able to focus on my business, and WPEngine takes care of all the plumbing and keeping things running smoothly and fast. I would not think of switching to a different provider if they keep treating customers right, and being reasonable with price increases.

Sony is the most out of touch company I know they have a support page that just loops you in circles and once you do find a contact us now button just says this isn't available currently. If you ever do get through to support after a dreadful amount of redirecting you'll soon find out the hassle of how useless the support is as it seems they can't do anything. By the way It's not the help staff that are the issue is the policies and the way that sony handle customers that are the issue
