Booked hotel in California for my children and I to go to Universal studios. My 10 year old had a medical emergency, which I have proof of, so I spoke with hotel they said it is fine as long as you cancel through the third party website you booked through within 24 hours. I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance and they will not give me my refund. It was my first time ever booking a hotel on my own and going on vacation with my family. Hotels.com made it a horrible experience on top of my little one getting sick. I will NEVER book through them again, and will let everyone I know not to book through them as well.

Garmin DEZL LGV1000 not connecting with phone

I have spent some £600+ for a Garmin DEZL LGV1000 which I need for HGV work. I cannot connect to my phone, despite a call to their help line. They are now going to email me asking for more information. Ok fine, how long will I have to wait for an investigation (as they call it) to be undertaken? They don't know. What would be reasonable to wait, a week, a month, a year? They don't know. Where will I be in the queue? They don't know. Do you have a escalation process? No you ring them and they don't know. Meanwhile I am left with in effect a sat nav that does not work properly. Really really poor service. I paid for a top of the range and singing and dancing Sat Nav which is what they promise. The reality is so far from that. When will I be able to use it or should I say will I be able to use it? They don't know. They require Android 6 or above. My phone is 7, I was connected by phone, it was their App that could not connect. How much money have they not spent on that sorting out the glitches.Update for you. I am please to say that the tech team at Garmin have resolved the problem. I have connected to my phone successfully. Have yet to try the sat nav out on the road and if there are issues will update. So for now, well done Garmin tech team which include Andrew and Connor.

I'm doing Indonesian, it's super frustrating that its soooooooo fricken pedantic about absolute 100% correct sentence structure so early on. that might actually be semi o.k. except that NONE of it is actually taught, your just magically expected yo know it and you can't skip past it - I'm just copy and pasting so I can progress. irritating to the max, I think so ready to give Duo the flick

I ordered my product December 8/22, thinking that would be plenty of time to get them before I left the country on the 31st.No updates on shipping, and when l contacted them they informed me that the order was lost.Buddy offers to bring them when he arrives on Jan 18/23. Okay, problem solved right? Wrong, they sent the order to the original address instead of the new one, and l found that out today, Jan 12/23.Quite possibly the f*#king worst experience ever with buying a product online...

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have returned 3 items in 2 parcels as they were separate orders. I used the labels they sent me and have tracking numbers but they say they have not recieved them. I have no confirmation from them that they have recieved them. I went to the Post Office today to query it and they said they should definitely have them by now it only takes a few days. Customer Service is useless, you are talking to a robot and it cut me off twice while I was typing!! If the sizing was correct I would not have needed to return. I am a size 12 and ordered the EU 40 and the waist across was 13in!?Ridiculous. The three items come to €120. I am going to open a case with Paypal. Never thought I would have to do this with Zara but their 'Customer Service' is absolutely diabolical.

I have had the wrong items delivered, zero customer service

I have had the wrong items delivered. I have contacted customer services though WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, have had the chat terminated several times and last heard from them on Facebook at 10pm last night, asking questions completely irrelevant to the issue. No contact today It's simple - I ordered two dresses and a blouse, received a handbag and a denim shirt instead. Wrong label in wrong box. Why can't anyone grasp it and why no contact number.If I don't hear anything today, I will take it up with PayPal

I just do not get it

I just do not get it? I have an HP PC which has served me for over years but it does have a few failings due to age, so time for a replacement.There are so many PCs out there to choose from and I want to stay with HP and I want backlights and touch screen, so I contacted HP sales and I have not heard a dicky bird! It was simple question, but they just cannot be asked to replySo do I try another make if I can find out if they have my requirenents and ditch pathetic HP?? Oh by the way apparently they do not reply to one and two star comments so maybe I should give them 5 stars for being ignorent?

Crocoblocks is a fantastic tool with a brilliant company behind it.

Crocoblocks is a fantastic tool with a brilliant company behind it.I have integrated jet filters and jet engine in the majority of my builds and recommended it to multiple close friends. After trying an amalgamation of different tools with Elementor like ACF Pro, Anywhere Elementor, using Custom post types and really patching together a solution that I could easily have purchased out the box at a fraction of the cost with crocoblocks. I slowly added plugins from crocoblocks to my licence and weened my builds of other tools out of necessity causing unnecessary work. I would suggest, that if you want dynamic content and you are using Elementor you should get the Multi-Tool package and save your self a lot of time & money!The customer service is amazing and I feel that they are always there when needed and they really do go above and beyond, I know this is a cheap statement nowadays and in this field customer support teams are usually very good, however, I was genuinely surprised at the level of involvement and care they took to resolve my issue. It felt more like a colleague trying to help me as supposed to the robotic slightly askew charm you can get with other support departments.
