Terrible. AT&T could not care less about their customers. Every service that I have ever had through them has been an utter disaster. First, I had home phone service with AT&T. Every time that it would rain, my phone would be out for weeks. And I would call to have it worked on. After waiting 1-2 weeks for a repairman, they would come out and "fix it". Then it would rain. Same problem, again. I canceled my home phone service. Later, I had DSL service with AT&T. It worked about 50% of the time. I would call and schedule a tech to come out as soon as possible- which was always a wait of at least a week. They would arrive and "fix" the problem. That would last about 12-14 days, maybe. I would start having problems again. Over and over and over. So, I got rid of DSL and went to standard internet service with another company. Do you realize how bad the DSL had to be for me to do that? Then one day, an AT&T salesperson came around and talked me into getting the new form of internet. Wireless home internet with AT&T. I was told that it functioned by using cell towers, it was going to be great. It would always be reliable. No problems whatsoever. Okay, like a fool, I signed up with AT&T again. Well, you can guess what happened next. Yep, about two weeks into this new service, I started having problems. I only had internet service about 50% of the time, and even then, it would suddenly drop. Ugh. So I would call, have a tech come out, tell me that it was fixed, that they had found the problem. No worries going forward. Yeah, sure. Then I would start having problems again. Same old same old. Have problems. Put up with said problems until I could no longer stand it. Call, and wait a week for a tech to come out and "solve" it. Only to repeat this over and over and over. I was SO relieved when my utility company allowed my home to sign up for fiber service through them. It is great. I love it. And I do not have to deal with AT&T anymore. If AT&T offered me cell phone service, and fiber home service combined for $1.00 a month for the next ten years, I would tell them to stick it. Seriously. AT&T products suck, their customer service is terrible, and their prices are out of control. I wonder how they stay in business. Go away, AT&T, go away.

One of the worst companies I've ever interacted with. They made a mistake and trying to fix it has cost me a ridiculous amount of time and money, and no one seems to be able to make things right, let alone do a gesture for all my time wasted. I RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY TO STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

I see Agoda only have a 1.3 Trustpilot rating. All I can say is that I've been using them for well over a year and they've been great! I do use Expedia too, but I find both companies very useful.My first booking with Agoda was for a 1 night stay in Hollywood for Jan 2024. I cancelled another hotel through another company at the last minute as the reviews worried me. I bit the bullet and booked a nice looking hotel with Agoda at a similar price to the one I cancelled and it was a really nice hotel and no issues when I got there checking in, booking was all fine and paid for.I then got a late place for the Chicago marathon and the cheapest hotel in a good location (one I had actually stayed in 2 years prior) was through Agoda. This is the only booking through Agoda where I had to pay upfront, so was a but nervous parting with £1,000+ cash, but again I got to the hotel and all was fine with no hidden fees. In fact I even got a much better room than my previous stay, although that may have been a reflection of the room rates as I always just go for the cheapest or best available.Finally I booked a Disney hotel through them, with 2 separate reservations at different times as their rate was well over £200 cheaper for 8 nights vs Disney direct. Plus I didn't have to pay anything upfront until a week before check in. A few days after my booking I messaged Agoda to get my disney reservation numbers so I could link them in the Disney app and Agoda customer service were superb and got back to me within 48 hours with the numbers and they linked seamlessly. My stays in Disney were without issue too.I have also had a number of bookings through Agoda, to avail their free cancellations and no money upfront offers and have cancelled them all without any problems.I find them Super convenient and will continue to use them. My only reservations about them are their "offers", you have to be a bit wiley to access their best prices. The only other thing I will say is perhaps I have only used them for US hotels so far, so perhaps that's more established than booking in more remote areas where things may go wrong. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable.

I had a flat tire around 1:30 am.I called triple aaa since I have a membership, the tow truck arrived within 20/30 minutes, the driver Could Not remove one of the lug nuts, he had 2 of his tools also tried to use my tool, it didn't work????? ( Is this a scam to charge people extra money? Because same thing happened to a friend of mine and someone else that we know)so he towed me and my car to a Walmart care center, this was 2:00 am, auto care center doesn't open until 7:00 am. I had to wait in my car, of course I had to pay $11 per mileage, which was over a hundred dollars. When he could it Just change my flat tire right there 🤨🤔☹️

Locked my account every week after unfreezing then they emailed me saying the account is permanently closed. I lost my account in 2020 and then asked them to reopen it because it was the only way to pay people around me in-person. After only three transactions, I get an email that my account is frozen due to suspicious activity. They forced me to send my identification again after asking for it to reopen my account. These people are scammers and who knows what they’re doing with people’s identification.

Ordered the Samsung T5 SSD. The device is fine. But what samsung dus very smartly but very very unethically in my opinion is made the device only work with their included usb c cable. But they don't sell that cable separately. So when you lose the cable you can basically either buy another whole new SSD from them or trow the hole thing in the trash bin. I recommend doing the latter and go for another more ethical company for which you can just use any usb c cable.
