Very unsatisfied experience

Three puzzles were ordered and paid for. Two were shipped and the quality was good. Third puzzle was never sent. It has been next to impossible to communicate with Customer Service. A refund was never issued.

Amazon France"Simply Horrible"

HiWhen I read about previous reviews about Amazon France I said to myself it cannot be that bad, its Amazon they know what they are doing and they claim to be the world's most customer centeric organisation and they take care of their customers. So I went ahead despite all the negative words on street and guess what these words don't do justice..AMAZON FRANCE is far worse than that!!! I don't know maybe people are being polite or they don't think it's worth writing reviews about pathetic Amazon France otherwise you will have more stories to read about. So my experience with them started couple of weeks back, ordered a camera with them that was listed as available from last several weeks, after I placed the order they sent the standard automated order confirmation email promptly and after that all went silent for days. No updates or whereabouts of my order no follow-up just nothing. I sent an email to Amazon france customer service to enquire about the status. One of the rep replied back and after the standard customer service statements the justification he gave me was absolutely incomprehensible! So what he said was they were not able to ship the camera because although it was listed as available online (by the way camera is still listed as available at the time of writing this review) but was actually out of stock because they don't do inventory checks that often therefore information online was wrong!!! So like if I had not enquired after waiting for days no one from Amazon France was sensible enough to give an update regarding this and I still cannot digest the excuse that due to inventory check stock is actually not available, how many days you need to do inventory in France???? From the looks of it seems like Amazon France needs months even for these automated tasks now. Guys the story didn't end here, when i raised my voice and responded back to customer service with even more concerns on quality of service the next response was absolutely cracking...Another CS rep responded back telling me that the email address that I was using to communicate with them was not registered with Amazon France therefore they cannot provide me any more info nor can assist with me in resolving my problem. Woww that is Amazing so I know that my same email address's is registered with Amazon France, i received replies from them on same email address earlier regarding my order queries and rather than solving the problem some genius thought about a slick way to escape and found this perfect excuse stopping all correspondence afterwards. My advise to all stay far away from Amazon France dont waste your time with these guys they simply don't care and you will just end up in frustrations and utterly disappointed with the quality of service they offer.Thanks

You guys suck

You guys suck. You shouldn't even be in a contract to air the Superbowl. MSNBC is a hypocritical mess, and the local news and The Voice are about all you broadcast that's worth watching. I hope you lose out on the contract to air Superbowl and the Olympics. Your network is trash.

Easy to use, flexible, reasonably-priced. I thought it would take longer to set up, but no, it was quite quick to get all the agreements in place I needed in order to feel comfortable launching.

Review of abebooks

Caveat Emptor

Abebooks consistently under-performs with very slow delivery times, very misleading "star" system, impossible customer feedback, false book condition descriptions, etc. I've been "burned" three times, now, but NEVER again! Abebooks exemplifies what the internet has (so sadly) become over the last decade -- a marketplace filled with unscrupulous con-artists.

Poor communication after making a purchase, tracking numbers up the day after it delivered, and they use Amazon for delivery. I don't do business with Amazon, so unfortunately, I cannot do business with Abe Books. I will be steering clear from now on.
