Very good service, fast delivery, easy reception

I am suprised to see so many bad reviews, after experience with UPS, this looks like heaven, some of the items are delivered next day within 12 hours after order. No need to be at home, they leave it next to your door or in your box which is so convenient. Tracking is clear and easy. So yes, the best service I got in France so far, can't rate less than 5/5. Hope it will continue in the same way.

Posting this as a small business seller. I have encountered numerous cheating customers who lie, scam money for return products, and have total disregard for products. It's a shame that Amazon France support cheating customers rather than honest sellers!

I have already provided all available proof regarding the payment method, including documents that clearly show the name, address, and the last four digits of the card. I’m unsure what more is required, especially considering every payment is authorized at the time of placing an order.It’s extremely frustrating that my account remains locked over this, even after submitting the requested documents. I currently have several missing orders and cannot track or return them due to restricted access.If you're still not satisfied with the provided proofs, I request that you remove the card in question and immediately reopen my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to consider legal action.

Keep your expectations very low when ordering from Amazon.fr

The bar is set by Amazon in the US so when traveling to France we are consistently frustrated with the service. Orders supposedly "rejected" by the pick up location and returned with no reason given until I pursue chatting with an agent who says it supposedly was damaged. Really? No proof of this. So they order a replacement. Says expedited and then delayed again and again. Second item ordered was something very important and chosen bc of the quick delivery date. Non stop delays and confusion on the tracking service. First it says arriving today, then it says delayed, then it says it can't be delivered, then nothing. After contacting customer service multiple times I finally get an email both items were delivered (to the pick up location address I selected from Amazon.fr) - 4 days late. I run to the location before they close only to be told nothing has arrived for us. Amazon says it was delivered - but clearly not. This has happened to us before when vacationing in France and our daughter lives in France and says it happens all the time to her. Things are returned to sender for no apparent reason or never show up. Ridiculous

I ordered a perfume from Amazon but it was sold by Bucolier parfums. It was a fake 100%! The perfume did not smell like what I ordered(I’ve worn it for 15 yrs) what I ordered was packaged in a box that was similar, a bottle similar but certainly not the true perfume. Everything was off!! Smells awful, like bug spray. Amazon SHOULD not work with whoever this faux co is!!!! It gives theM a bad namE. Be careful that your next perfume order is not sold by Bucolier parfums!!!!!

Holding money hostage, CS is useless

Have a order cancelled for 3 weeks and the amount is still reserved. When contacting ad saying what my bank needs to release the amount I am told I will be contacted by specialized unit within 48 hours. I have been told this 4 times now without hearing a single thing from them. Absolutely useless
