Review of doordash

Terrible company, poor customer service

Terrible company. Waited over 3 hours for food, didn't eat that night as I didn't know my food wasn't coming, the timer just kept putting the delivery back 20 minutes and it got too late to cook. Cancelled and refunded my order without my permission rather than actually get the food to me. Lazy Dasher just went home and couldn't be bothered to deliver. Use Uber Eats or pick up, this company is awful.

I AM SO ANGRY

I AM SO ANGRY, I placed my order NOVEMBER 22, the site said "orders by DECEMBER 6 will arrive by Christmas" LIE my shipment, shipped out DECEMBER 19th and only half of it shipped out? now it wont arrive until the 28th, how on earth does it take over 3 weeks for something to be processed. I contacted customer services 3 times and 2 of those times they said since I ordered BEFORE Dec 6 I would have it by Christmas. the only way I found out half my order was missing was because of the tracking, they did not email me to let me know and every time I have contacted them upset, they had dodged everything I have brought to their attention and ignored everything. YOUR website said it would be here by Christmas YOU LIED, I can't get ahold of anyone who will actually admit the wrong doing on the company or even fix the problem at hand, I have worked in customer service for 20 yrs! this is HORRIBLE, I want a FULL REFUND for the lie that was claimed on the website and for no one telling me that half my order was not shipping out to me after waiting for 3.5 WEEKS. I am so annoyed. DO BETTER. ZERO STARS. PERIOD.

No face mask or covering requirement? No business from myself, family, and friends. I don’t care that you’re following every other procedure, that’s ridiculous and irresponsible to not have your workers wearing face coverings while preparing food.

Never again will I fly SW

We were delayed four hours (and it may be more) due to a bird strike and I had to scramble to make arrangements for my son, which was almost not possible and extremely stressful. There have been five gate changes for other flights near our gates, so there is clearly a huge amount of disorganization. The bathroom was disgusting and had feces on the rim of the toilet. I understand that things happen, like bird strikes. However, there should be a plan in place for these events to mitigate delays for these occurrences. I will most likely not ever fly southwest again. There are massive issues that need to be addressed and it is very unfortunate that your lack of planning and extreme disorganization has caused significant and unnecessary stress for my family.

Logitech makes great products but they will kill you if you want to return a DEFECTIVE product. DO NOT buy directly from the company. Their 30 day warranty starts whe n you order, NOT when you get the product. Mine was delayed by almost three weeks from order date so I have used it for about two weeks. Any other company in the world do that! Don't think so. Off to Amazon.

My comments were in connection with the patronage of the RSPCA and concerned the hypocrisy of people that have been hunting and killing wild animals all their lives and now have decided that nature is a wonderful thing and all Gods creatures must be preserved!!!
