Extremely unhappy with the level of service given at Jaguar hardwoods in Coulsdon.None of the staff showed any customer service skills, failed to inform and explain to me how their service works, I wasn't told when the car was ready, picked up the car and it wasn't even cleaned after being worked on and serviced.I honestly belive my car wasn't worked on at all.Terrible service and will not be returning back and will advise anyone else not to use this dealership for anything.I was left waiting around with no explanation on what I was waiting on, wasn't offered no drink or hospitality, once again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALL THE STAFF NEED RE-TRAINING HOW TO DEAL WITH ALL TYPES OF CUSTOMERS!!!

Purchased three tickets for a Broadway play one month ago. We're traveling from out of town for the play; less than a week before the show and still no tickets in my account. SeatGeek wants us to travel to NYC before we even know we have tickets in my account. Just a "promise" of tickets. I don't care for this needless uncertainty and plan to NOT use SeatGeek again on the resellers' market.

First, the Essentials edition for $300/yr is not a complete CRM. It will not log incoming emails and you cannot add screenshots or pictures to outgoing email (can as an attachment). Also the calendar function will not sync with any other calendar for events posted into the SF calendar. If you post to an outside calendar first, it will post to the SF calendar, but not having them sync defeats the purpose of using a CRM.

Terribly clunky, very overpriced, and lazy (bordering on rude) customer service.Clunkiness-wise, maybe these tools are better suited for accountants of multi-nationals, but for the vast majority of SMEs out there there are much nicer tools available to you.All the reviews (positive or negative) talking about requiring a tonne of tutorials should have warned me off, but for a tool that's supposed to make our lives easier in terms of accounting and employee ops Xero is the worst we've tried.Price wise likewise it's got way too many problems for how much they charge. Non-obvious interfaces. Non-standard terminology meaning you need a dedicated Xero glossary just to understand what you're looking at. I recommend either FreeAgent or QuickBooks for features + ease of UX vs. price.But the terrible customer service is the rotten cherry on the cack-tasting cake for us. It would take weeks to sort any issues, often met by 1 sentence answers that proved to kick the can down the road.We even ended up having to pay for a month that we didn't need because they let the issue of us trying to cancel run so long! And when we challenged them on that they referenced their T&Cs (which didn't justify their actions in any way) and then simply stopped answering (as per).As an SME Ltd we're now on FreeAgent and it's muuuuuuch better.
