Before I purcahsed my tesla model3, I have never been informed that Fully autonomous driving is illigal in the UK. After I purchased, I have realised it does not even work properly. So, I called tesla and I was informed its illigal in UK to use it. When I asked for my money back, I have been denied refund with in 14 days of the purchase, blaming its a business purchase, so no refund. I am very upset that I bought something that is illigal to use it in UK, how they are allowed to even sell it here? I was very pleased with the expediency of the designers. They were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend using 99. The designers seemed intuitive to my ideas without having known the book's content. 99 was on top of communication as well! Will use again.

Risk team choose to ignore my tickets.I raised a ticket on the 1st of December as Shopify Payment seems to bug on my shop. I have no error message on the back-end but it does not propose to pay at checkout on the front-end. 45 days passed already. NO ANSWER. Not even a single one. Support told me that once they start working on the ticket it would quickly be solved. That means after 45 days, they did not even started to work on my case. This amount of time clearly shows they do not care about their customers. A shame. In another way, by not answering, they are making more money on you as they force you to use Stripe instead of Shopify Payment, taking a 2% fee on your turnover on top. And if it is not enough, beware as the support does not really care either. I took a screenshot of a conversation with support where they forgot to remove the script from Chat GPT... They literally copy pasted all the lines from the bot with "Chat GPT 3.5" on it.. It is so sad to see this company I've been working with the last 4 years turning this bad... No respect at all for their customers..

I’ve been waiting a month now for my refund for a microwave that didn’t even work for 2 months with an error they swear is rare. I emailed them all requested information and they emailed me back asking for the same information that was STILL in the same email chain….. I sent it yet again and a month later and still no refund sent. Pathetic. Don’t waste money on this brand. This all started beginning of August and I got the run around then finally settled on a refund August 28 I re sent the email and still NOTHING. I’ve reached out since trying to find an update…. Nothing. The guy doing it his part of the job should be looking for something else. He is terrible.

Bought new appliances for my house. Washer lasted 2 weeks and my ice maker still doesn’t work. It’s been 5 months and get zero help from Lowe’s and all the manager says is call lg. we have spent more than three times what the washer cost going to laundry Matt trying to get this thing fixed. And lg sent some idiot out that knew nothing about fixing a washer and still hasn’t gotten fixed. So almost 6 months in and still not fixed. With zero help from Lowe’s. Buy anything you want from Lowe’s but stay away from all there appliances because after you buy it they will do zero to help you get it fixed.
