The worst online transaction of my life. Seller called 'Sagrebeats' (avoid at all costs) has an excellent feedback rating which has probably been made up based on my experience of him. I bought a 2 disc special edition and received two copied discs that did not work. So I returned the item stating the issues. I then spent over a month trying to get my refund and all I received from this person was constant snide remarks and the old 'lost in the post' routine.Discogs do not make it easy to complain about such sellers either.Stick to ebay.

auto-renewed our contract having provided proof that I wanted to opt-out. Took money from credit card for the renewal without any notice or communication of a renewal. I now feel like I'm going round in circles chasing the 'customer care' team for a refund. Zoom have no idea what customer care is. If anyone can help with providing a complaints contact that would be appreciated.

I bought a deep fat fryer off eBay it was faulty and I nearly got a bad burn yet I cannot get my money back I will NOT be using eBay again I am out of pocket yet the seller is laughing and yes I have contacted the seller I have done everything and still no joy bunch of con artists

Was looking forward to this.The formulae of this show is excellent.However participants don't stand a chance.Time span to complete and sell is almost impossible.Even hard working couples have failed whilst working a full time job and suffering Vandalism.The extra expense should have been borne by Channel 4 production company.It appears participants are thrown to the wolves with out a proper surveyors report.Scringing watching this and my heart goes out to the ones who really tried.Needs a re think if further series are planned.Recipe is basically good
