Been using this app and my account since December ‘21

I had been using their app since Shiba Inu blew up (the end of ‘21) and despite some complaints about prices being higher on their platform than they were with other sources… I stayed loyal to them. I spent 4 grand staking CRO to get the jade green cdc debit card and absolutely loved it! My finances took a turn for the worst when I went into residential treatment, over time I had to begin liquidating assets to stay afloat and eventually everything I had on their platform was gone. I invest in all kinds of tokens so as I had to liquidate from other sources to pay bills, I would sell my tokens and send the tether on chain over to my CRO tether wallets. I get an e-mail on 4/9/25 stating that after further review, I am not using their services in an acceptable manner and they were forced to terminate my account. What they meant to say was that because I am not dumping funds from my debit card onto their platform to be overcharged, they have decided to terminate my account and destroy what little security I had left. My card is supposed to be valid until ‘27 and they totally screwed me! You can’t trust anything that they do when you only have true support when you are dumping endless amounts of usd from a bank account onto their platform.. they see you bleeding out and quickly wash their hands of you! People wonder why I hate US exchanges.. because they always find a way to screw you! I will stick to trading with a vpn. Any of these people promising debit cards are sketchy because they will turn their backs to you when things aren’t in their favor. You can see through how many terrible ratings they have, that more people have been screwed by them than have been helped. Avoid at all costs! —- someone who had to learn the hard way!

Don't waste your time.Now that they have the Coursera Plus system, it is nothing but a scam.Besides, no one will care if you have a Coursera certificate or not.That exact same information, sometimes in a better format, is available online and for free.Keep your money. Save it. And spend it on something that will actually give you a professional advantage.

I run a small business that was targeted by an impersonation account. Reported to Meta who did nothing. Got Facebook verified as they claim this will prevent this. Waste of money. Over the course of 4 chats I was told that the impersonation account was not an issue even though I provided screenshots of them scamming people. Meta stole my money and did nothing.

Do not stay here

Rented from VRBO address 2106 Louisiana, New Orleans 70115. The property was in a very sketchy neighborhood. Next door had cars pulling up to curb and someone would go out to car then cars would pull off. Trash and beer cans all over front curb. Had to park on street. To get to our room, we had to walk down a small walkway outside between the fence and the house to the back of the house. Pics had not been updated. No pics of outside of property because you surely wouldn’t have stayed there. I would not recommend this property.

Triggered over a monkey with a skin condition

I wrote under a video with a monkey with most of his fur missing, that it's a monkey with a skin condition, and they deleted it, saying that what I wrote violated their rules. Even after my appeal they didn't restore it. This is hilarious. The ai isn't so clever after all? Meanwhile on other platforms, as fb for example, there's no problem showing how animals are killed in different horrifying ways by rtrds. I'm sick of social media!

Don't fall for this

I have been trying to adopt through Petfinder for 2 YEARS! Every dog I've ever applied for was "already" adopted and unavailable. One rescue was even messaging with me for a week, and then nothing. Then, another rescue texted me about a dog I applied for. They sent me a picture of a dog I never applied for. I asked about the dog I wanted and guess what?! Already adopted! TWO YEARS OF THIS. Unacceptable and giving true rescues a bad name. Petfinder needs to vet these places. Shame on you for being part of the problem instead of the solution.

Verry bad work environment

Verry bad exam environment, you need to show them your desk and comletely clean it before you can start, the proctor disconnected during this process twice so I had to do it 3 times took me 40 minutes. Then I was finaly able to start the exam and the VM I had to work in crashed 3 times. causing the exam to be almost impossible within 2 hours. the live chat help just copy/pasted the same message that I could contact some support person(why do you have a chat if that person just redirects you) which I did not have the time for.

They refused to help me receive any satisfactory on a purchase where I paid for a set of merchandise (a sewing machine, the table, and the motor for the machine). The seller “accidentally” only shipped the sewing machine head. The machine cannot work without the motor. When I got in touch with the seller, they wanted me to send more money to ship the motor. I paid the full amount requested by the seller that included shipping. The seller did not want to cooperate with me to get me my PAID FOR merchandise and the Mercari return department basically said that since the money was released to the seller there was nothing they could do. Mercari gives customers three days to rate the seller. Once rated, the seller receives their money. If there is an issue and you do not rate the seller, then Mercari rates the seller themselves and thus releases the money. I hadn’t rated the seller because I was communicating back/forth with her as to how to get my missing pieces. Mercari cared not one bit that the fault was with the seller. They just kept saying, sorry they’ve already been paid. I will NEVER buy anything from that website again.

IHG customer Service as a Brand SUCKS ASS NOW. Use to be great.

This hotel brand use to be great. But now they are a bunch of foriegn owned greedy, disrespectful chains that do not give a damn about their customers and the customer experience. They just want to take your money and say F You. I booked a Candlewoods Suites Downtown Baltimore Harbor and called them to make them aware that I lost my wallet and only have a photo of my ID. I also informed them that I am a Platinum elite member and my card info is on file. The manager was the person that answered the phone and told me everything would be fine and just bring my photo copy of my ID. So now ai spend $27 on an uber to get there just to be told that I need my physical credit card to check in. But isn’t that why I called to comfirm if they would accommodate my special circumstances? So now after all that, I can’t check in because she will not process my credit card on file in my account for booking. Then she has the nerve to say to me “Well we had a lot of incidences where people used fake information”. Excuse me? So everytime a Black person is not perfect, we got to be up to mischief?!?! That was so offensive. And given I heard this thousands of times and I am sick of it. I am tired of being ostracized immediately because if the color of my skin. I always havw to overly prove that I am not what you immediately think of me. Im 42. This sh!t has to and will end with me. And to top this off, the same foriegn people that owns the hotels are also the customer service. They will treat white customers way better than Black. I have seen and experienced this with the Indigo Hotel in Baltimore. You want to know the messed up part. The higher end Kimpton Hotel Monoco has/had a majority Black staff and they treat me like a HUMAN BEING. They actually accommodated my circumstances. IHG Hotel customer service wouldn’t do Jack Sh!t to help me AT ALL. All they would say is “ Im Sorry”. And as I told them, “ Your “Im Sorry” doesnt mean a damn thing to me if you are not helping with a solution”. I had to pay $40 more than I planned for my overnight business trip. That was my food money for my trip back. IHG was going to just let me sleep outside on the street. Kimpton accomodated. And gave me a NICE room. Spa jetted tub and nice bathroom. I felt so relaxed leaving that hotel. So if you ever go to Baltimore STAY AT THE KIMPTON and tell them Mr Canady sent you. They know me. All the other IHG in Baltimore will treat you like crap if you are not perfect.
