They are great when it all goes well, however when it doesn’t and you need a refund it takes weeks!I had a reservation at Residencial Do Rita em Rio Caldo. (yes booking.com, it me who you havent refunded yet!)The place was nothing like the photos, they had done a photo shoot with other furniture!Hotel said they would refund but still nothing. On the other hand we have had sone great deals and fantastic hotels. Its the customer service that is dreadful!

My autistic nephew is an avid LEGO builder. Not the small sets, the big sets 18+I had purchased the Harry Potter Gringotts set, which we paid over $630 + shipping.We get to the end of the build, last bag and there was a smaller bag missing from within the bag. We did not misplace it. When we build all bags are laid out in order, if you've been around a child who has autism you'd understand this.I contacted LEGO who said they would send a replacement bag out.Now I have just received an email from them saying they can no longer send out the bag as it doesn't pass their quality control.I now have a LEGO set that is incomplete, the roof is missing and a boy I have to go home and tell him we can't finish it.The money I have spent on LEGO is into the thousand's, no joke.

Sp transport This company stole back the van that was rented they came to our home and took the van with our personal belongings worth lots of money that is theft they didn't give any notice of picking the van up neither did they know on our door we have cctv evidence they are withholding the van deposit of £700 and are refusing to pay wages owed this company is fraudulently using drivers to deliver parcels but then are not complying with the contract this is fraudulent also the vans are not road worthy and would effect the drivers own licence not the company's they are a rougue company employing drivers that are using drugs while driving we have proof of this, we are seeking legal action dated 9/7/24 the police are now informed and the police said this is theft by this company sp transport we are taking legal action with the police for wages owed and van depositalso personal items stolen by sp transport plus loss of wages because they have taken his work gear he payed for himself AVIOD working for this company they have got lots of complaints the same issues this AVIOD this company we will taking this to court we have witnesses, cctv evidence of sp transport removing the van (without any notice), no email, letter, no knock on the door cctv evidence shows proves this and we have been advised to take legal action Against sp transport (we have a police log number and crime number) (sajeel is the manager)that is fraudulently withholding wages and van deposits to many employees see the Negative feedback from employees AVOID this company (SP transport) read the reviews on this company and see for yourself sp transport won't reply as they know it's the truth updated 25/7/24

It’s probably a scam!Someone with an Indian accent gave me a call saying they work for PayPal and my account has been hacked. They told me to download an app to share my screen with them as my IP address has been hacked. When I asked for a form of identification they have me this addresss to check. Thankfully I went on trustpilot and saw other peoples alerts!

Horrible customer service!!!! I was charged $100 when I was supposed to be refunded $100. And then I sent customer support screenshots of my account and how I was charged and they kept giving me the run around, even though I showed them proof of being charged! They kept saying my account was refunded but my account still showed $100. Ridiculous! Such a waste of time and money!!!

i think any company who makes it super easy to sign up and then makes it difficult to cancel sums them up. To cancel your membership you have to either call them or you have to do a chat and then explain to them why you want to cancel and also you get questions like "For verification, may I start by getting the payment method registered to the subscription and the last paid amount, please?"honestly just fedup of these companies.I want to cancel so just let me do it online! Same easy way you let me sign up.I spent over 20 mintues on live chat. They still couldnt cancel the membership. I then asked for a manager and was told her name was Florence. If you decide to sign up keep in mind to cancel it is very difficult.

Very poor application! Will only allow one user per all the listed plans and blackmail with thousands of dollars if you wish to add another user. You will be logged out every 10-15min and will constantly have to log in using the code, if you log in more than 3 times, you will be locked out and only grant access after a few hours, as you attempted to log in too many times.

I first used Jotform when I started my animal rescue back in 2017 for foster and adoption applications. It worked great and my organization continued to use the application. Fast forward to now, I had a process at work (my day job) that was very tedious and manual. This particular process was taking forever and even the clients were frustrated. So, I started to play with some ideas on Jotform and low and behold, was able to create an automated request form for my clients. They loved the new process, and it was working great for what we needed. Since then, I have shared this form & process with my team, and now they use it as well. Everyone on the team has been receiving positive feedback as well and this once very long process, is now quick, easy and trackable.

Terrible customer service, had to call the UK call centre from New Zealand to attempt to cancel my subscription. Was on the phone to a cheeky, sarcastic rude operator called Eli.I've been assured my subscription will be cancelled and most recent payment taken will be refunded. After reading the online reviews, I'm sure I will join the hundreds who have been continued to be ripped off by the Economist. Next task will be to cancel my credit card so they cannot take the money in 3 months time. Good riddance! Do not subscribe.

Despite being a long-time and high-value customer both in-store and online, the service I've encountered has been shocking.Over the course of December and early January, I attended three in-store planning service appointments, providing precise measurements for a 'L' corner unit wardrobe in the bedroom, shelving units for the living room, and a set of chest drawers – all totaling over £1000.00. After a considerable wait for a delivery date, I received my order on January 14th.Professional assembly took place on January 16th, revealing a significant error in the measurements of the bedroom wardrobe corner unit, despite multiple face-to-face appointments to prevent such mistakes. Additionally, one of the living room shelves was chipped. That evening, I contacted IKEA customer services via telephone and faced three disconnections after expressing my concerns.When I finally reached an advisor, a complaint was raised for the chipped shelf, and I was directed to return to the store and speak with a manager about the bedroom wardrobe error. The next day, I visited the store, and while the manager was amicable, the proposed solution involved collecting excess furniture, providing missing hinges and assembly of one door outstanding, and replacing the chipped shelf. There was no mention of compensation or the replacement of the wardrobes with the originally planned design. I am now left with a wardrobe unit that deviates significantly from my intended design, offering less storage space than desired. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with IKEA's customer care, particularly as a loyal and high-spending customer.
