I had a terrible experience with Vrbo due to serious security flaws on their platform. A scammer was able to pose as Vrbo Support and message me through their system, ultimately tricking me into a fraudulent transaction. Despite reaching out for help, Vrbo took no responsibility and offered zero assistance in resolving the issue.While I acknowledge my mistake in trusting the message, the fact that Vrbo allows scammers to impersonate their support and operate freely on their platform is completely unacceptable. As a result, I have removed my listing and will never use Vrbo again.If you value security and trust, I strongly advise against using this platform.

Got the package from Sales force. Very responsive to get the business in the door. I had many issues with the software account setup, which involved having to setup multiple accounts and losing my data every time. All that done and up and running it was going o.k. I opted the first time for a monthly contract so a pay as you go, and somewhere in the mix up, from the multiple accounts I had to keep setting up with them, I magically landed on a 12 month contract. This issue was raised with them with no success. SALES FORCE DOES exactly what it says on the tin FORCES SALES, NO COMPROMISE , typical large business tactics and no personal approach or understanding to the initial problem.

On 2 separate occasions FedEx lied and said there was a “delivery attempt” when it wasn’t. They’ve put my packages on “vacation hold” then denied it saying it was me who put the hold when I didn’t. Then said the hold was because the merchant had a hold, I then called the merchant and they said it was FedEx. The merchant had to call FedEx for me. And I still haven’t received my package. FedEx is fraudulent .

I chose to run a logo design 'contest' using 99Designs and was thrilled with the speed and quality of the responses. Most of the 8 designs I received were very creative and original. It was hard to pick the winner. Once I selected may favorite, the designer (who was in Indonesia, BTW) was great to work with in making a few additional tweaks. Good communications, very responsive. Within two days of making my final choice everything was turned over to me, including trademark paperwork. Both vector and raster images, JPG, PNG et al. and color variations. I could not have been more satisfied with the process and quality of work. It cost me $450, which is easily in the ballpark what an experienced graphics designer would have charged for his/her time and delivery of the final product. Good value, excellent service, convenient 100% online process. I was looking for design talent. Anybody can cobble together clipart. The result exceeded my expectations. Props to the 99Design group at Vistaprint!

There were payments done using google pay and my card which i didn’t authorize. Google support was not there - no one to phone and machine translated email sending me a link to follow that is only working for one hour…. That’s the kind of assistance you receive after being stripped off by 400 Euro.

quite possible the worst customer support in the history of customer supports. If they just had an AI with 0 knowledge of mailchimp, they would do a better. Or maybe mailchimp is staying true to their brand and they have actual chimps as support

Very very negative, my account was banned in favor of the seller who scammed me $200 . The PayPal refund was declined yet the seller sets up another account seller the same item for $400 and that’s ok with depop I don’t get refund after 8 weeksAnd the seller can keep on scamming people and I’m the one who gets banned and looses $200 thanks

TERRIBLE!!!! No way to get refund when order has problems… NO support number to call….. “contact us” button on CUSTOMER PAGE is ONLY for the MERCHANT! You as the person who paid gets NO help! Called the merchant support number spent an hour on the phone then they disconnected it!!!! You literally cannot get your $ back even when order was messed up and not received! Unreal!!!!! Customer service who knows….they don’t provide you the payer with support….ONLY the merchant! Never got refund from clover and after 2 hours never got to a person who claimed to have any help to offer me! This CANT be legal! Use door dash at least u can get help within the app.
