Extremely poor UK online purchase experience. Returned 4 items in original packaging, paid additional refund fees; resulting in UNIQLO Europe UK only refunded me 2 items and rejected to assist further. Please escalate this is UNFAIR 😡 This is day light robbery!! You kept my money over £150 for nothing this is ridiculous VERY VERY ANGRY

Beware

Purchased Eliminator 2 gallon spray tank at Walmart item under warranty was told to contact manufacturer who is Hudson Manufacturing from MI when tank wouldn't hold pressure they said take it apart and put lots of Vaseline on the O ring it should work. It's under warranty why would I repair it myself I thought that's what a warranty is for so you don't have to repair it yourself. BEWARE of Hudson Manufacturing from MI they make lawn products they don't honor their warranty

Very poor I'll never use Xiaomi again

Very poor I'll never use Xiaomi again. My experience is similar to others who have reviewed. Ordered a power bank charger with never arrived. Customer Service is rubbish, just keeps coming back saying that they are escalating the issue - I think it is an automated system.After 4 months of requesting replacement or refund, I have given up and getting the credit card provider to sort it out using a "Chargeback". Watch out though, you only have 120 days from original expected date of delivery to report the problem.

SPEND LIMIT

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I set a spending limit on my account for the month, expecting it to prevent overspending. However, once the month ended, the limit reset and automatically reactivated roles that I had not closed. This led to charges for roles that were no longer live—exactly the situation I was trying to avoid by setting a limit. Closing these roles now, after exceeding my intended spend, has been a costly lesson. Be warned: a spending limit won’t protect you if roles aren’t manually closed before it resets!I'm requesting a credit note but have been told that’s not possible since I previously had one. My previous credit note was for a role that was live but displayed on the second page of my account (which I didn't see)—unlike other job boards, Indeed doesn’t show all live/open roles at the top. You acknowledged this as valid feedback and granted a credit note before on this basis.Given these circumstances, I’d appreciate it if you could reconsider issuing a credit note, as my request raises a fair point.

I ordered a beautiful large framed print more than 4 weeks ago. Photographer/Artist Toby McGuire. After I submitted the order/payment via the FAA siteI received a n automated pop up message from the site indicating my order was complete… the message had a link to an invoice… the link did not open. I have attempted to contact Fine Art America customer service multiple times with no response. The print never arrived. A few days ago the (more than $500) charge appeared on my credit card statement!. I am now working with my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do not order from FAA!

Snapchat permanently locked my account without a proper reason or any detailed explanation. My account has been with me since 2020 and contains years of chats, photos, and emotional memories.I did not violate any rules knowingly. The issue may have occurred because my account was once logged in on my fiancé's phone and he added his Gmail, but the account is fully mine. Snapchat denied my request and closed my case without even allowing me to explain properly.This is unfair. People's emotional and personal data is not a joke. Please, Snapchat, give me one more chance. My memories matter. I’m mentally disturbed and just want access to my own account.

Ordered a screen replacement for a laptop on Oct 7th, which came in on Oct 10th damaged, the screen was broken when it came in, poor packaging, and poor shipping company. Called them and they said they'll send a shipping label and send us a replacement.We called on Oct 20th and they said no replacement just a refund now, finally received a shipping label on Oct 21st.

I'm am absolutely frustrated with the customer service , If order a G7 laptop from dellstore.com ( rptech ) and received a damag d item . We have written an email along with photos . They say they'll respond within 24 hours , but we're still waiting . All they say is write us an email and we'll get back to you within 24 hours . Neither have they mentioned the status or gotten back .

Dell Inspiron Horrible Products

I bought the Dell Inspiron 15 11th Gen laptop, latest edition available for this variant, on 2nd October 2021 on Amazon and got it delivered on the 11th. Within a week the touchpad of the product started hanging up, and in two weeks, it stopped responding completely (23rd October). (mind you for a week this laptop was anyway not being put to use because I was setting it up for use)I complained and got a technician to replace it and during replacement itself I told the technician that the hinges seem lose since his service and unless he fixes it, I will not sign the customer copy. He assured me that they were fine and any other replacements or repairs would require a new request through the central team. After arguing for a good 20 minutes he made me sign the receipt and left. Immediately after, the laptop started heating up within 10 minutes of good usage and in another week the laptop screen started peeling off from where the right screen hinge joins the keyboard. In-spite of complaining to the customer care of such a horrible product they refused to replace it saying I have already crossed the 1 month mark (24th November) beyond which replacement is not possible. So I went ahead reluctantly with a repair request only to be informed again after 10 days that the parts are not available until January 2022 so they'll provide a "same-age" laptop as replacement but even that'll take at-least 45 days. Now, while I'm waiting for another 45 days for laptop repair or replacement the left half of the screen is also starting to peel off and I have to hold the screen with both hands to keep it even open. Even a INR 2 popsicle is sold with a better shelf life than this ridiculous 60K worth laptop. Would never ever again make the mistake of going for Dell again.
