Review of 99designs
1. Designers submitted similar designs even though I did a blind contest2. Designers submitted designs that were easily found using a reverse image search 3. Designers completely ignored my design briefs, detailed descriptions, and inspirations. None of them were reading my notes. When I complained to support they shrugged because I guaranteed the contest. Quite contentious and not worth the price. Quality has gone down since I used 99designs over 8 years ago.
Review of wayfair
*I should've taken their rating on Trustpilot more seriously*(The only) pro: when you call customer service you get connected to a representative pretty quicklyCons:1. Terrible communication. Did inform me that my item was delayed, at all. I found out myself 2 days after the estimated *delivery* date.2. Rude customer service. One of the three representatives was nice (but not helpful). The other two were ridiculously rude and arrogant. Despite saying "We get you. We understand how you feel", I could clearly feel that they were just reading off the script and didn't care at all.3. Inconsistent service. Basically everyone has their own opinions and none of which is accurate. Even as a customer you can feel that the management is chaotic and shi*.Will never ever use their service again. Go to hell Wayfair.

I recently purchased a home office desk from Wayfair. Absolutely in love with it! Came exactly as described and didn't take long to assemble. If you follow the directions which are clear and direct it won't be a problem. And shipping time was great!

Review of expedia
Expedia.com is not just unreliable—it’s unethical. Beyond the constant glitches, hidden fees, and poor customer service, what’s most disturbing is that reports have surfaced accusing the company of selling user data to agencies like ICE. If true, this is a massive violation of privacy and trust, putting vulnerable travelers at risk without their knowledge or consent. Booking a vacation shouldn’t mean having your personal information quietly handed over to law enforcement agencies. Until Expedia is held accountable and transparent about how it handles user data, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and encouraging others to do the same.

Review of depop
Customer service is pathetic and 100% delegated to AI. You could provide the MOST context and information, in very simple English terms, WITH photographic evidence and you will still receive a copy and paste reply irrelevant to your problem. My advice to anyone wanting to sell on Depop is pray you don’t run into an issue with your account or a scammer because you won’t receive any support from this company.

I am very surprised... I don’t know what the problem is, but my return was delivered to the store on April 6th. Today is May 3rd and the money has not yet been returned. This is very disrespectful. I paid for the return - this is the first store where the return is paid, and there is no refund for almost a month !!!!

Review of irs
The IRS’s debt collection practices are nothing short of tyrannical. While we grapple with a trillion-dollar deficit, they shamelessly focus on squeezing individuals dry instead of holding accountable the companies that bait and switch with phony “reskill” initiatives. These so-called educational programs promise upward mobility, but instead, they abandon vulnerable people the moment profits dip, rushing on to the next student they can wring $10K out of in a measly 18-week sprint. The IRS, in turn, sits idly by and does nothing meaningful to address these broken promises. Instead, they swoop in to ensure every last dime is collected from those who’ve been misled and left behind by these predatory schemes. Rather than championing fairness or driving reforms that help real citizens find stability, the IRS only proves that they’re content to maintain the status quo: forcing individuals to pay up while letting exploitative companies flourish unchecked. It’s a system that breaks trust, disrespects taxpayers, and cements their reputation as little more than ruthless enforcers of a fundamentally flawed economic order. Shameful.

Review of yelp
Yelp is an untrusted online tool to promote your small business, I registered on yelp on November 09. When the representative called me, I understood different ways of charging money. Unfortunately, English is not my first language, and today I know that yelp works differently; I realize they make money every time someone clicks on your account. Are those clicks from actual and potential clients? Or are they people from yelp? Yelp took from my account $106.35=, and I do not have any clients yet or someone calling my small business from this application. In addition, they said they would charge more money from my account. For the following days. Because they have to set prorated days, from my understanding, it is a fraud company.
Review of vogue
First time ordering a Vogue subscription in September 2023 and I have still yet to receive it or any tracking information. I have attempted to look at the order status online and have no idea where to look for this information. The ux of the website is awful. For such a large magazine you’d think it’d be more user friendly. Contacted customer support two months ago inquiring where my magazine and tote is and still have yet to hear anything about my order. This is appalling customer service. Do not order.
