G2- best SAAS analysis and feedback platform

G2, I have been using G2 for more than 10-15 days, it's one of the best platforms for the comparative analysis of any B2B platform of SAAS products, I have even reviewed a few software products on which I have ever worked in my professional carrier to provide proper insight of that product so that if anyone wants to get the actual user experience of that product cna to get feedbacks from here as per the users past experience. I personally recommend everyone who is searching any B2B product like SAAS then should try G2 crowd to find the genuine review of that product and competitors as well.

Very well set out platform.

Very well set out platform with cutting edge tools. Lots of supportive podcasts but always US based. We Europeans are little catered for. Shame I can't get on their monetising programme because my podcasts are too short.

Not a great start to be honest

Not a great start to be honest. Support tickets unresolved still after a week with no fix suggested for what appears to be a straight forward fix with regards to a glitch on their platform with URL rewrites. Signed up to Business plan thinking this would help with a fix and/or quicker response but so far it is no different than their free plan apart from a phone number to a CSA which will tell you the same thing. "thank you for your patience we will be in touch and escalate to deliverability etc". Giving them 2 days max and then will be moving current and future business elsewhere

Use them if you like paying at least 20% more and enjoy being lied to

I am a provider for stays and Booking.com is by far the most deceitful and unethical online agent of them all. They cost my guests an extra almost 20% on top of their stays, yet guests keep using them because they own everybody's business names on Google with their enormous ad spends. They provided me with a guest recently, did NOT provide a valid credit card, these guests did not turn up and booking.com, even though they state that they guarantee the booking, refuse to reimburse me even though I am out $1000. They are a disgrace to deal with, they lie and could not care about consumers or small business. They are a monopoly and take more out of local providers than almost any other parasitic entity could, including the ATO for that matter.

This is run by shysters

This is run by shysters. They over charge you then don't respond. I am waiting for a response for a problem they have said is their fault and its been nearly 3 weeks. I cant continue with this project till this is resolved. They try to make you PAY to resolve THEIR issues and respond to you by making you sign up for a service plan (which I have tried to sign up for but can't as it doesnt charge you immediately). Worse bit is they keep charging you whilst you wait. Yep so they take their time. They take your money regardless. How this is legal is beyond me. They have you over a barrel. I wont use them again.

Amazon unacceptable delivery “service”

Second time in a few days my parcel was supposedly handed to customer, a BIG LIE. They keep on doing this, even though I have completed the information on where a parcel should be left. This is getting worse, today the item was left with the refuge bins, are often thrown over the gate and sometimes I cannot find a parcel even though it was supposedly handed to me. Rubbish “service”, have been a customer for many years, it getting worse so maybe its time to use a descent company. Have complained about the number of times parcels are not delivered but no one at Amazon is interested.

I ordered Mother’s Day flower over 14 days ago from inter-flora for my 90 year old mum who lives in Ireland on her own ( I live in England ) I have just 22:08 Friday received an email from inter flora telling me they can complete my flower order and have refunded me !! WTH !!! What am I suppose to do at this short notice !! Absolutely appalling service !!

Parallels is a super program.

Parallels is a super program. If you have swapped from PC to Mac or only use Mac. Parallels helps you get the best of both worlds, on the same machine. It works smoothly and quickly. I find it great for using windows programs not available on the Mac.

Don’t go near them they are a huge scam

Bought a notebook for over £1000 and after 3 yrs it’s deteriorated. It’s worth mentioning that it has next to no wear and tear on it and it sits on a laptop stand attached to a larger monitor for pretty much all of its life so it should be working very happily for another 3 years. Customer service, takes 45 minutes to achieve anything and this is with quick call times. The automated service is a joke. Then they charged me £21.50 to tell me that I needed to send my laptop in (re-sell value of £150) for a repair that would cost over £300. What a complete scam and waste of time. If you are thinking about buying an HP don’t. And if you have an HP - purchase a warrenty and start saving for it to malfunction prematurely. I wouldn’t go near this company again, you genuinely couldn’t pay me. If I could give minus stars I would.

Cartridges remotely blocked because I left the Instant Ink scheme!!

I'm very happy with the printer itself, but I cancelled their Instant Ink scheme after a three month trial because I'm a very light user. The 305 print cartridges I received with the printer lasted only a very short period. During the subsequent three month trial, I received one set of new cartridges from them, but they refused to work! When I rang customer support, they said they had been remotely blocked because I had left the Instant Ink scheme and the printer would now work only with cartridges bought over the counter, which proved to be true. This left a nasty taste in the mouth and a feeling of being 'done'... I'm now wondering if the box of HP paper I bought through the scheme will suddenly burst into flames to prevent my using it...

I have been paying a 90 dollar annual membership for 10 years to get a free checked bag on delta. I made a purchase using my american express card, and mailed check to company 6 days prior to due date, The check was not posted to account until the day after due date. They charged a 29 dollar late service fee and 45 dollars for 1day of interest. I have never been late in the past for a payment and have only checked 3 bags free in 10 years. After 4 calls, and being on hold for 45 minutes each time I called I finally received a credit for 29 dollar late fee refund, but no credit for the extreme interest. This may seem fair to you, but I personally know military people gaming American Express for thousands of dollars per year and they cannot credit a person when we have extremely slow mail service. HERE IS HOW THE MILITARY SCAM WORKS. Apply for the platinum card which has a 695 dollar annual fee for non military. They usually have an 80,000 to 100,000 mile introductory bonus for signing on. YOU NEVER PAY THE ANNUAL FEE SINCE YOU ARE MILITARY EXEMPT, , you collect multiple cards and multiple introductory bonus miles. You cancel the card periodically so you can reapply for a new card for you or your spouse, so you can perpetuate the introductory free miles. The card also entitles you to free lounges at the airport as well as other perks. Imagine flying your family of 4 to EUROPE for less than 200 dollars, every couple years. All this from a company that charges 20 percent interest for 1 day late.. GREAT RIP OFF COMPANY

Amazon said they refunded me for something i returned and it never showed up in my account and you cant talk to a live person to resolve it. So annoying . So i guess i'm just screwed. I will never use Amazon again and will take any opportunity to do the same to them.

Crypto Price Error!

Again you guys let us down!Yesterday the TRB coin was doing some great bullish moves. Your app shows atleast £60 to £80 less on each coin transaction when it comes to buying. On the other hand selling has the same issues the values shows as £400 plus but your app shows £100 less compare the actual value. If you try to sell the commision is more than £70 per coin. Can you please explain % on your commision as it seems like you are taking more commision compare to others? As an investor we are losing out on our investments. Please see my previous feedback and add an extra link for total crypto investment rather than just actual.
