I've had a great experience using Cengage and MindTap. It took a little bit to figure out customization on late policies and due dates but it really is a breeze to set up.I've also gotten great feedback from my students on how beneficial the videos are as well as being able to see the solutions for problems as they go.

Just like every one else!! My account was suspended because of my instagram account. Which I do not have. Or any other ap attached to face book.. There is literally no customer support. i have 180 days to sit and watch 17 years of memories and photos waisted... Thanks Mark Z.....

Transferring ADA from Defy Wallet to Crypto App...Ada's were deducted fro. Defy wallet but never arrived at Crypto App account. After asking the help desk were my Ada's were, They said my Ada's are on Hold. If I wa t them back I need to pay 150 Usd. But I day later they offered to do it for 100 Usd. Why do they let you make a transfer, then they put it on hold, without reason, and then they will ask you to pay 150 Usd for a "retrieval" because it is so called complicated. Well it's not that complicated as I was told by a service agent from Binance. This is already the second time this is happening. My first transfer went through without problems, but the seco d transfer is just costing more money. Customer support take very long....And discussion the issue via email is a complete charade. Crypto.com isn't even capable of discussing the issue at hand, they only refer to their advise and how good it, is but issue of Ada's not arriving is not discussed, only to pay money. This is pure racketeering and scamming people, please stay away from Crypto.com.

Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless. I have spoke to possibly as many as 100 people since August last year about phone , computer and email problems. Customer services promise every time you speak to them that they are going to follow this through from start to finish and I'm not going to let me down like other representatives have. This is utter rubbish they are rude unhelpful put the phone down and don't ring back. My business has been crippled by them and I've just had a massive operation and trying to stay away from the computer but can't due to troubleshooting. Customer services refused to help anymore yesterday as it was taking his time up, I pointed out that he gets paid for his time I don't get paid for mine and the problem is their end so they put the phone down. They are absolutely hopeless and if you complain, it goes no where, it just gets used internally (Ignored). I've been with Apple for three decades and spent over a quarter of million pounds with them. They are and absolute terrible company and I wish I'd never bought an apple product. Their whole set up is designed so you can't complain and they're not traceable for their awful customer services and rudeness. Apple, you've gone to the dogs!
