Where to start? Link from venue never takes you to getting tickets for venue: you're straight into their marketing page for ... which city would you like?Only after that do you get to search. You search, you find, you book ... by pressing a button marked "Register" which to everyone else in the world means "Sign up" but if you remember you're in Eventbrite you won't be astonished by any surprise. Great! Let's get our (free) ticket that is only being used to manage surges in demand at the venue (memo to venue: close the door when it's full: it reduces reliance on this truly horrible piece of technology).Ah, but you have an account. Oh yes, I remember I have an account. How could I forget. Let's login: pretty sure it's the right password but apparently not so I am sent a login link: three or four tries, resends, retries, app opens and closes later -- wedged on the login page. How about "Forgot password"? Link arrives, try yet again ... wedged on the login page. Hey, it's looking good for my event in three hours' time. Every single time I use Eventbrite it feels the same. This "service" is a personal data hoover, and the people who run it just don't care ...

It sucks, you don't get the help that you need. Whatever your problem is, they don't try to help. I've talked to so many different customer services and none of them could help. It felt like they didn't have the energy to either. I've got an accent and just because they couldn't understand me they hang up and told me to go to the chat after sitting in line to talk to them. You can't trust them with your accounts, you can't trust them with the games, the help, the support, nothing. I advice you to not buy games from them or anything that is included with EA.

The "help" centre is possibley the worst i have ever dealt with, the person (if it was a person not a bot) i dealt with didnt have a clue! They locked me out of my account until i reset the password on my account through an email i havent had for over a decade, when i asked them to help they said i need to change my email address for my account and they would send me a code... to the email i cant access??? When i pointed out thats why i was asking for help they said if i cant access my account theres nothing they can do! Asked them to delete my account so i could create another account with them to attatch to my xbox gamertag, they said they cant do that either??? So now i have an xbox account that I cant connect to any EA games and getting no help from anywhere! You would think it was in their interests to help me out, when I pointed out that I can no longer play any EA games and therfore would never buy any EA products for anyone in my house ever again i got a message saying maybe xbox could help and to have a nice day? If they cant sort my EA account why would xbox be able too??? Nearly $500M profit last year and obviously putting nothing back in and care not one bit about the people who they profit from! Absolutely disgusting, im just glad there are plenty of other game developers to provide games as i will never play anything by EA again!

Out of all the plugins that I use with my business, Brevo has one of the quickest turn around times in responding to help requests. It's amazing to feel that your business really matters and that the help team are so super quick and incredibly helpful. It's such a pleasure to do business with Brevo. Best move I could have made for my mass mailer. They have useful features too, and once again, any questions are answered rapidly. Thank you Brevo!

The completely ridiculous automated suspension system needs a complete overhaul. After cleaning a list 3 times (using paid for external services) and to still be suspended, presents a larger problem with the software and it needs to be reviewed if your company wants to be successful. Mailchimp, Klaviyo and even Email Octopus does not have this issue. It shouldn't matter to Brevo if there are hard bounces or soft bounces, auto clean the list as you send an email out so its right for the next time. The suspension procedure is an absolutely horrendous user experience and I can see from the other reviews on here that it's a continuous issue.Hopefully you can take this advice onboard.

Worst service ever, i have been trying to purchase a device for the last one month and it has been out of stock the entire time. I click on the notify me option and it shows me that its available 6 times a day, which on opening the website i find is completely false. Frustrated and dissapointed.

Been a Spotify premium member for 5 years and never had any issues. Great value for money. Recently deleted the contents of my own playlist by mistake, totally my own fault. Contacted Spotify Cares on Twitter and they restored it within 10 minutes. Incredible customer support.

Unsubscription process designed by the devil. Worst online experience in my whole life.After two six months periods subscribed, I decided to cancel. On chat you are asked ridiculous information for someone already logged in. Took about 10 minutes te be "unsubscribed", but with no way to check on it because one has no access to that information on your profile.Not only i hadn't been unsubscribed, but they "accidentally" charged me for a whole year at once! After admitting it, the were willing to refund the remaining part of the yearly subscription... Unbelievable. Never again will I trust this service.
