Bought some long-forgotten 1980s games - great fun.But the reason for the 5* is the after-sales service. I had a problem getting the sound to play; emailed, and Falran replied with a simple, VERY thorough step-by-step guide through the various options to fix it, based on the setup of my PC which he told me how to get. And worked a treat! Outstanding service. Thanks.

received a call from their account manager yesterday asking for feedback and if I wanted to continue with them after my trial ends. After agreeing as I initially thought this was a very helpful sight, he proceeded to send me a “50% off”discount making the plus subscription £9.50. I went on their website today to find that the plus subscription is £5 something at 70 odd % off and I was just thinking that they have just tried to scam me. Would not recommend to anyone. Use canva for invoices, been using canva for graphic and document design for years, never let me down

$31.29 to deliver it's fine, but a 37% extra charges on top of that for Ups custom charges to deliver To Canada ($37.39) it's ridiculous. On top of that UPS never showed up at my door nor attempt to deliver as oppose to what's mentioned on their site. Thanks a lot everyone for the waste of time.

I ordered a 5 cu ft chest freezer from menards online. They only charged $7.50 for delivery. Great. Until I was notified it was on its way & being delivered by door dash. The store is 10 to 15 miles away. I couldn't understand how the driver could be paid so little for such a big delivery. I guess the driver never knows what he's picking up. This driver carried that huge heavy box up to my 3rd floor apartment. Luckily we have an elevator. I felt so bad for the guy, I gave him a $20 tip. He might have walked away with nothing if I was a different kind of person. These drivers put up with an awful lot. It's not a fair system for them.

I ordered 2 items from Macy's online for a total of $35.00. Right after ordering, I realized one of the presents I ordered was the wrong size (my mistake). I called right away and they said no problem, they would change it.The next day, I had multiple charges (in totally random amounts) from Macy's on my bank account. I called my bank and they said Macy's had reported the error but had not released the funds back. Macy's customer service told me (condescendingly) that it would be 5-7 business days before I got my money back that they took without my authorization. So now, a week before Christmas, I am $150 short of money based on their mistake. No apology, no admission of anything wrong. I asked for a manager and was told I couldn't speak with one. I asked for a managers name and was told I wasn't allowed to have it. I'll never shop there again. Merry Christmas Macy's! I hope you put the money you stole to good use. Maybe you can hire people that understand customer service!

Review of fotor
I was looking for something to make a photo fit my cover on Facebook, and this site was the first one that came up.
It looks nice and all, but as I was creating a user, I clicked to read the "Terms of Service", and after a few seconds of reading I saw this:
"Fotor reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Terms of Service in whole or in in part with or without notice at any time. Users agree that Fotor shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of services."
Basically they can do whatever they want with your info, content etc, without noticing you, at any time, and you can do nothing about it, if you have agreed to the terms.
Do not use this site!

I needed to cancel my mother’s landline as she has moved into a nursing home. I went to the Telstra store at Indooroopilly after an unsuccessful attempt to do it over the phone. I was kept waiting while staff stood around talking to each other. Then I was told it would be 20 minutes and they took my mobile no. No call! After half an hour I went back and waited another few minutes before a “consultant” who had been sitting at a laptop when I first walked in was available. I had a copy of the enduring power of attorney and my drivers licence. Copies were taken and then a long process of screen tapping ensued. Eventually he was done and told me that if I wanted a refund of the $5 credit I would have to call them in a few weeks. Holy cow- I would pay them $100 never to have to deal with Telstra again. It took almost and hour plus my original phone call to cancel a $27 per month landline. Contrast RACQ who took less than 10 minutes to cancel a house insurance policy worth $1800. No wonder productivity in this country is declining!

After years of being a loyal customer with mobile, internet and home phone services, parental controls to restrict unsafe internet content is now a paid service. Not sure whose thinking this was but it is once again another clear sign of big corporate greed. As a parent who is grabbling with the new world of parenting, I would have thought that Telstra of all companies would be making life easier. Instead I now have to pay for this, when previously it was all included and I have to create another account with a 3rd party and download another app. Seriously, disappointed.
