I had a client who could not figure out how to use other free storage services, so to help them out, I created an account with Box.com. After that I canceled the account, and they did not cancel it. Instead, they auto-renewed it, and I am out $1000, which they will not reimburse me. For storing a few megabytes of some random old project. Biggest cloud storage scam service. Avoid them like the plague. There are countless free or cheaper solutions. They do not care about their customers and are just raping people for $$$$.Ian

I was a vendor for the knot & wedding wire. They merged into one, & it was a horrible experience. They still wanted to charge full price for each to belong. They messed up their billing, & became difficult to deal with. Don't waste your time with this hot mess of a company.

Temu appears to have abandoned customer service. The customer service agents are all AI bots. If there is a problem, they provide the same stock responses over and over again and don't actually fix the problem if it's not in their script.

Horrible experience! I was excited to order gifts from this company and looking forward to supporting artists.I was charged for the order in full from red bubble. Then was double charged by two of the artists. Their customer service has been horrible. They ask the same questions, promise to solve the problem but 2 days later ask the same questions and it's all via chat or email. There us no number to call and no person to speak with. I continue to battle getting charged twice for the same order. They could definitely improve their customer service. And definitely improve communications with their artistsI was disappointed that the quality of 3 items was poor. Only one item from another artist was great! And that arrived within the promised window. Two items arrived late.

Absoluetly useless never once was I able to reset my password even noting the correct password down it just says wrong password when reset alter 2 hours it gives an error and wrong password and start over again I am moving to a serious company like Gmail at least they have an existing support that don´t tell you it will be solved in the next 20 decades

How do get in contact with them I’ve been hacked and they do nothing!!! And it’s such bull crap that we need emails because I won’t be using these ever again. Why can’t there be a support centre. The email said if this isn’t you guys ignore the email like it’s ok to get hacked.
