Purchased this service to send a company email for a holiday, only find out NONE of my emails were delivered. After going to the website for more information I received a message that my account was closed. My service requests and emails to "customer service" have been completely ignored.Save yourself the headache of missed opportunities, use an established company with a good reputation.

Immediately after the purchase, I noticed that I should have bought a different content on Patreon. I contacted both the customer service and the author, but the customer service could not give me a refund or replacement. The refund is issued by the creator only and the customer service is nonexistent. The creator himself didn't respond to my message, but someone who claimed to be "admin" rudely responded. He's someone who is getting very popular.

3/5/22Newegg was a staple of mine for many years. I'm not sure if they changed or the times changed. Either way, I just received another promotional email to buy a video card, ie GPU.My problem is their outside sellers. The email I received excitedly told me that they have Nvidia RTX 3060ti graphics cards available for purchase. The problem is that the MSRP of these cards is roughly $399 US. The cheapest from the email is $921. In addition, 3 weeks ago I ordered a motherboard that I was supposed to receive in 4-8 days. The seller immediately put the order into processing so I couldn't cancel it. After 8 days, and not being shipped, I had to call to cancel and have Newegg tell me they would try to refund my money. Needless to say, look around before buying anything from them. They used to be the best deal around for a lot of stuff..... But clearly not anymore.
