Lists auto expire and bumps you to a higher plan

Very disappointed. I am actually thinking of cancelling this service because of this. I created a list to suppress profiles so that we can stay in the lower profile account, since their plans are based on how many active profiles you have. The lists will sometimes expire randomly and auto bump you to a much higher plan and charge your card immediately. This is very frustrating and I have to get on with support in order to try and get a refund. They really need to do something about this.

Out of Control Dynamic Pricing Tiers

Klaviyo’s pricing policy is unethical and exploitative, profiting off bots and spammers by inflating active profiles, leading to outrageous overcharges. Literally, a $20/month subscription can turn into over $500/mo within days thanks to their scammy dynamic pricing tiers. Yes, each bot visiting your site WILL create an active profile in Klaviyo, with or without event tracking from your website and Klaviyo WILL bump you up pricing tiers without your consent. When confronted, they refuse to acknowledge or address customer concerns. They happily treat customers like cattle, milking them for profit without accountability or remorse. Avoid Klaviyo at all costs!!

ITS A SCAM

ITS A SCAM! They keep charging us money while I do not use their service.Tried to contact them many times but just do not reply in a way that helps (only standard answers no solutions)Hereby my last email to them:Hi Klaviyo,I wrote you guys multiple times allreadyYou keep charging us while we not use your servicesIn the attachment you find the transactionsWe dit not authorize these and we do not use your services.I filed chargebacks allready​Also I am going to inform financial regulators about your doings.This is not acceptable. Please confirm refund of these payments and please stop chargingI do NOT have a login, i do NOT use your services and I do NOT want to use your services.This is an absolute scamDo not ask me for usernames and that kind of stuff. I do not know a username because I do not want to be your client.​Multiple times I informet you about this allready but no action is taken.If I do not get a confirmation within 24 hours that this 'subscription' is ended and the amounts will be refunded I will place reviews everywheren and inform press about your wrong doings​With the payments attached you have the info you need to end this

Klaviyo will not stop spamming my phone…

Klaviyo will not stop spamming my phone with sales calls, despite asking to be removed from their list and put on a do not contact list. I've had to block 3-4 different sales employees from calling me non-stop monday through friday. It's getting ridiculous.

Klaviyo works well...

Had some issues relating to billing but these were resolved by Tom in support.Overall it's a good service - our only gripe with Klaviyo and the reason for not being 5 stars is it is way too expensive so we have to constantly adjust and reduce our subscriber levels so we can actually afford the service and therefore do not see full benefit.

Nightmare to work with nightmare to get a hold of - They are invoicing me for 2 different accounts - Trying to get hold of them sorry nobody available hang up.... emailing them catcha doesn't allow you to get through - Buyer certainly beware
