Human customer support is unhelpful, slow, and exhibits a troubling lack of empathy.I can't receive verification codes leaving my account inaccessible, causing significant losses. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, Mailchimp's response was indifferent, with emails left unanswered.This experience sheds light on the company's disregard for user experience, explaining its consistently low ratings. Sincerely wish that, with your terrible experience and service, you close down soon.

they deduct money while purchased 4 times(Rs. 90 each time from my card) but purchased didn't made. while i write to the support they have worst support ever one whole month they annoying with hope and rubbish talk then after giving all the details including bank transaction they told they are unable to find the transaction. it's clear scam. i will go for legal action against this company. never every purchase again

I bought a jumper which was not the shade of colour on the website. They make it hard for you to return items then make you make for returns, unlike most uk stores. Be sure that you really want something and that you know their sizing because returning stuff is a pain and will cost you. I'll never buy from this company again. Wish I'd read the reviews first!

They suck. I ordered socks from them on 8-24-2024. They said I would get them on 8-28-2024. That is what the tracking says. They never arrived. I’ve tried 5 times to talk to them. No such luck. Just bots. And their only answer is to read their faqs. No person is ever available to talk to. I’ve emailed them thrice. The final one was to cancel and asked for a refund. They still have 12 hrs left to respond! They suck.
