Brutal booking experience for clients. Horrible / nonexistent customer service. No proper calendar integration. Cash grab of a company. Charges a fee to migrate your data when leaving but they don't tell you what that fee is until they migrate it. There's no way to know and no way to fight whatever amount they want to charge. Awful experience. I paid extra to get out of the contract because it was so bad. STAY AWAY.

my 2 year old lawn mower quit working, it has 8 years warranty and lowes has given me the runaround for 2 days and still has not let me take it in for repair. absolutely the worst customer service i have ever dealt with, a combination of stupidity, laziness and incompetence. shop there at your own risk. its the erwin nc store.

I've been on deviantArt for 10+ years, and never have I seen such a drastic change such as Eclipse. This update takes away all of the charm, uniqueness, and functionality that dA once had. Everything is slow, clunky, and poorly spaced. Many of the upcoming "new" features are things that were already present and working in the old site. And to add insult to injury, the staff really doesn't seem to care or even acknowledge that many MANY users do not like Eclipse and want the old design back. They took one of the biggest, if not THE biggest art sites in the world and ruined it, and refuses to listen to its userbase.

Avoid DELTA!I bought a ticket, choosing DELTA because it has the fastest time to fly; when the trip came, they sent an email saying that my flight was rescheduled and I had to stay at the airport for two extra hours for the connection. I wanted to be refounded because that was one of the options they sent me in an email; according to the operator, the passenger has to wait more than 170 minutes at the airport to be rescheduled. I ended up with two vouchers and it is possible that they will change again over my new ticket...what a shame on this airline. i dont recommend anyone to take such risk. avoid it!

I placed my order on Friday 16 September 2022. The following Monday, I received an email from customer service asking me to confirm my shipping address. A bit odd, but my address can be confusing. After independently contacting customer service to confirm, I responded with my correct address.So imagine my confusion when I receive an email the following Monday from customer service asking me to confirm my shipping address. As I had not moved in the intervening week, I responded with the same shipping address. It took over two weeks after the second email for my purchase to finally ship.The only explanation I have received is that this is somehow related to some kind of tax-exempt status request. How this managed to find its way into the purchase information, I can only speculate, but it pointlessly delayed my purchase by over three weeks.

I placed an order with Zara using PayPal, only for it to be canceled immediately without my consent. What’s worse, I received an email claiming that the cancellation was requested by me—when that was absolutely not the case! This is beyond frustrating. Not only did they cancel my order without my approval, but they also falsely accused me of initiating it. I will not be shopping here again and strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Zara.
