Impress with the customer service!My shipping was late and didn't received my dell reward. I write to them and they immediately responded me. They explained me that the covid was slowed everything and took time with me to fix everything. One of the best service a received. I do a lot of purchase online, really impressing... don't understand with reviews are so low.

Severe security failures

My account of 12 years was hacked, phone number and email changed. They have now made my profile public which contains many photos of my child. It was set to private previously as i do not want to share photos with anyone i dont know due to safety reasons for my child. Now any pervert on the Internet has access to this. The 'help' pages just go around in circles and of no actual use.No one to actually speak to so i just have to accept that photographs of my child are now online for everyone to see? I thought Instagram was a secure platform but obviously not. They know that this is happening and being a tech company have the means to resolve it - they just dont care.Huge privacy breach and not protecting users.

Instagram AI Bans - Terrible Experiences

Several months ago I found myself locked out and banned from my account. I've submitted selfie videos of myself and done everything they asked - and still got a "we cannot verify your account. your account will remain locked" email. I've done the selfie video in natural lighting, outdoors, mirrors, etc. and nothing worksI have friends and group chats that aren't on other social media platforms, and this was my way to connect with them and local kpop fan events.

Free speech stolen

They really deserve a minus, after stolen free speech. They still have antifa plus more encouraging violence on its platform. I unregistered plus also Facebook. I watch whats going with high tech and major news stations. I don't watch any one sided news. Wake up America
