CS still sucks! I purchased a Christmas gift for a friend and I had to return it since it did not fit. When I took it to the return counter I was given ONLY a 50% charge back to my Macy's charge card and then the other 50% was given in a gift card. I paid the full price but was only given 50% credit back. I said what the heck I paid full price why do I only get half back. I was told "well you can use the gift card to shop" I will be calling corporate and retuning my Platinum Macy's Card since their treatment of their customers have become VERY, VERY, VERY POOR!

Very disappointed with how Macy’s follows up on issues with shipping of online orders. I’m not going to order anything from Macys.com as long as they use OnTrac as their delivery partner who just dump packages at a nearby outdoor parking without sending any notifications, claiming it was delivered to a ‘Mailroom’ that doesn’t exist on our property. One messed up order and a lot of wasted time is enough for me. I deserve better. Goodbye, Macy's.

Over the years I've bought around 20 Logitech mice. I stick with Logitech because they have proper customisation software for all the mouse buttons, and I use all the buttons for my specific task-oriented purposes.However recently, all the customisations become inactive, after a PC running Windows 10 wakes from a 'sleep'. Thus all my investment in Logitech mice is now trashed, and I have to work around this limitation by using gesture control (which is performed by PC software and operates independently of the Logitech software and hardware).I have been communicating with Logitech over the past 3 months, and given them every single dump and bit of date they've asked for, and now they are basically ignoring me. How hard can it be to fix a reproducible problem like this? How hard up can Logitech be that they can't buy or borrow a Microsoft Surface Pro to test out their devices? This is a disgrace.

HOSTINGER is a great tool, but Horizons ohhh boy, you buy 400 messages to build a webapp, you user your first message to request the build and the 399 left will be for fixing issues, so be ready to spend 1000 messages to build something.Horizons does have potential you can build big things but when fixing issues, It has taken up to 100 messages and restores. to get to finish a webapp. I hate that if fixes something and messes 4 other things lol, also don't like that you have to pay every month to keep updating and if you dont pay and later try to pay again, all the apps you built, you cannot do anymore updates. so you have to build from scratch. and last, hate that you can upgrade your plan but you cannot downgrade it. so careful if you buy the first plan and keep upgrading, I did not know and now stuck with 400 dls month and need to pay them if I want to keep performing updates to my web app,

It’s taking three months for them to either approve or deny me with a credit card. And every time I called them they keep switching me back-and-forth between departments and nobody seems to get an answer other than oh it’s still pending in our back office, but we don’t have any way to communicate them. This is affected my credit with a hard inquiry and I’ve gotten nowhere in the last two months. Such a poor company I’m now forced to file a dispute with a credit card bureau and possibly taking legal action against the company.

If only I could give zero star because Ulta beauty sucks big time!!!!!! I never ever in my life experience a messed up customer service and policy until my experience with Ulta. I don’t know why they still exist. 1) my package went missing and they can’t do anything about it. Like. WTH?! $30 wasted!!!!!!!!2) I purchased stuff online to pick up at one of their stores. I went in to pick up like 5 days later and after I picked up, it just didn’t meet my expectation and I didn’t like it so I decided to just return the product (haven’t even used nor open it!) I just simply had a change of mind. So I went back to the store to return it on the same day (cause I live quite far from every Ulta stores so I don’t wanna go back another day). Guess what?! They. Don’t. Accept. Return. Before 24h after I picked it up. Seriously?!!???

Recently, I ordered a fold Samsung phone online from the Telstra’ site. Later on, that evening, while checking some YouTube videos about that same phone, I became aware that it doesn’t have the in-display fingerprint sensor and you can’t write on the front screen. Consequently, I decided to cancel the order. Next morning, I rang Telstra customer service to cancel the order as you have a cool off period. The lady over the phone told me to return it to a Telstra store as soon as I receive it and she gave me a reference number for that. Friday around midday the phone was delivered and I took it to the Telstra store in Morley immediately, gave them the reference number and told them that the return has already been approved. The guy who was supposed to help me refused to take the phone back. After a long discussion, while in the store, I decided to ring Telstra customer service. I told the customer service lady that they are refusing to take the phone back, and she said: let me talk to them. At the Morley Telstra store there was girl at the front to welcome people, I told her: the lady from customer service wants to talk to you. She refused to take the call saying I had to give it to one of boys in the store. At the same time, the guy who was helping before was close by, I told him: the customer service lady wants to talk to you. He said no, I can’t do it, you have to talk to the girl at the front, she is my boss (the same girl who told me a minute ago, I have to talk to the boys over there in the store). They lie to you right in your face. Then on my phone, I told the customer service lady: they don’t want to speak with you. She said tell them, I want to talk to their manager. When I said that to that same girl , magically, she could then take the call. After a few minutes talk, she took my phone at the back to their manager. It was a long talk going on between the Telstra customer service lady and the manager. After at least 15 mins plus, the girl gave me back my phone, telling me, it was all resolved: I will get an email with a link to take the phone to the post office. Nothing came through on that Friday afternoon, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday nothing. I decided to ring Telstra customer service again on Tuesday, I was stunned when I was told, they do not normally send any link to post any phone, the only way is, to take it to a Telstra store. So, Telstra store in Morley rolled me in a big lie. Her advice was to take it to another Telstra store. I went to Telstra store in Mirrabooka, over there they were able to sort things out and take the phone back. That encounter with the staff members at the Telstra store in Morley was very traumatic, they treat you with lies and deception. How can you treat your own client like that, by the way my phone account is with Telstra.

Over the years, I´ve been a huge fan of Youtube. It is still a great service even nowdays, but the constant nag for Premium version is so annoying that I can´t give more than 3 stars. Apparently, there is not enough competition in the space that would force Google to be less aggressive when it comes to monetization.
