Purchased a domain 2/14/2022 and it should have renewed 2/14/2025. Instead they sent an email. 5/18/2024 which I renewed thinking it was time. What they did was short 7 months off my 3 years and then renewed from 5/18/2024 to expire 5/18/2025. I missed the renewal for financial reasons and now they want $21 for the year PLUS $80 for a fee they created. But essentially it should not be expiring until 2/14/2026. So at risk of losing my domain and Daisy with customer service won't help me even when I show her the receipts. She says it was my fault for manually renewing but I only renewed because they emailed. Why would I renew 7 months early and lose 7 months of my paid web site!!

I've seen this model go from stellar and definitely better than chatgpt to start lagging in quality as chatgpt got better to them sneaking sonnet 3.5 out of free usage. Haiku is substantially worse than anything you can get in chatgpt, and gpt has the added benefit of not restricting your prompts per day. All of its market appeal, gone

Tried getting the names switched on the AT&T account an they screwed up so bad that it took 3 weeks plus 4 hours of failed attempts with the crap customer service, Apparently you now have to install your own router after their circus act an it’s $70 for that trash service so don’t waste your time with them you’ll regret it. I ordered a zenbook laptop online from Asus store about one month ago, and when it was delivered by Fedex, it was UNSEALED. However I ignored it and start to use. But working with it for about 10 days, just drove me crazy. It doesn't work properly. Its touch pad stops working alot. Each time I turn lap top on a message for updating pops up but at the end it shows another message that it cannot be updated for some problems. When running my codes it stops working many times. Sometimes its speaker stopped working too and in addition, every time I leave it in sleep mode, it took me about 2 hours to log in again. Actually it prompted that my password was wrong. But after 2 hours of wasting my time with the same password I logged in. I wanted to return it before its 30 days deadline and for returning in Fedex they told me that I should pay for its shipping!!!!!! I paid about $90. Why????!!!!Why should I pay for a damaged item that I received from Asus. I want you to refund my online purchase totally and also return me the cost that I paid for mailing it

My company was also fooled by Survey Monkey. They merged 2 paying separate accounts (without our knowlegde) and then refused to make a refund on 1 of the accounts. If i wanted to disconnect both accounts again, I even had to pay for another membership and would lose all previous data. I have to confirm all the negative reviews here that there is a cunning and almost illegal business plan behind them.The customer service department then keeps fooling you untill finally you give up. I don't recommend working with them in the future.

1969 they went to moon all with 1960s tech yet they or anyone else even with todays tech can get a human 400 miles up, thats technology going backwards. The onboard computer that got them there was way less powerfull than a 48k Spectrum ,remember those?... and dont even mention that lunar lander. They did it though,first attempt.Neil Armstrong landed that lander in a vacuum on a moving moon with no practise of landing in a vacuum but he did it though first attempt. All 3 made it back safely as well,even when exposed to high radiation levels. Dont believe me? Well its true because i saw it on TV.
