I placed my order, paid in full, and received confirmation — everything seemed fine. Then, two days later, I got an email saying my order had been cancelled due to an “unforeseen shipment issue.”That’s already frustrating. But here’s where it gets truly unbelievable: the exact same product reappeared on their website shortly after — but now with a higher price.So let me get this straight… it couldn’t be shipped to me, but now it’s miraculously back in stock, just more expensive? That’s either one incredibly fast and selective restock — or a strategic move to cancel cheaper orders and resell at a profit.To make things worse, they offered a $2 “goodwill” credit, which is honestly insulting. It’s nowhere near enough to buy the cancelled product at the new price, let alone compensate for the wasted time and inconvenience.No real explanation, no proper apology, just a canned response and a token gesture. Customers deserve better than this.Update :The reply I received was a generic "we will improve our service" message, which completely sidestepped the core issue.This is not a service issue — it’s about trust, pricing integrity, and honest trading. Customers deserve better.

Awful website.Some of the worst customer services i've ever seen.Decided for me what is the guest's name for the hotel i booked, and after i made the order and realized they put the wrong name in my behalf and the hotel refuses to change the name and therefor let me in, agoda did nothing to help.Not only this, but they also kept me waiting around 1 hour (!!!) On the phone, and when i tried reaching them on email, they just made a fool out of me.Stay away if u love ur money.Few more bucks anywhere else and ur head can rest

This company charged arts organizations who were forced to shut during COVID. Their automatic billing plan. When the companies discovered it they refuse to give the money back. Arts organizations are now pulling together. If you were ripped off by Shutterstock during COVID watch for the group action. It will be posted.

Customer service is non existent! Tried to book a property for next year. Website said my dates were available and gave me a price and so I booked online. The property manager contacted me to say prices and availability for next year were not out yet and declined my booking. He said Vrbo basically make the prices up until the owners update them. Tried to contact Vrbo to see why they don’t block the dates or put a message to say prices not available but no reply, just keep getting emails to book it again!!! Very misleading information. Won’t be using them again.

Update on previous review. Because both the booking transaction and the hosts cancellation transaction were both pending on my credit card neither were applied. So no financial loss incurred BUT it has made me aware of the old saying BUYER BE AWARE. VRBO T&Cs do not make it clear that they apply their own currency converstion rates for for debits and credits. Always in their favour, heads they win tails you lose. Very sharp practice. I now have opened a foregn currency bank account to mitigate this type of merchant practice. THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL.Read the T&Cs before entering any contract.

Smartsheets is a groundbreaking blend of all the best features of Excel, Access and MS Project rolled into a user friendly interface accessible from anywhere. We are a Construction Management company, with staff in many remote locations, and the need to collaborate on plans with many different groups with interest in the Projects. The ability to share the same sheet, in real time with everyone in enormously helpful. We have used Google Docs to this purpose, but Smartsheets is easier, by far. Our company uses all Apple hardware and Operating Systems, and our Scheduling had to be done on a remotely hosted Windows Server to operate MS Project. Now, with critical path added to Smartsheets, our Project Managers are untethered, and can operate much more efficiently in the field using Smartsheets online - on their computers, iPads and iPhones. We also use Smartsheets for our Sales Pipelines, contract tracking, and numerous administrative tracking activities. It is one of the most powerful, intuitive, and effective collaborative tools I have had the pleasure of working with in my 30 years in the business systems oversight. The only improvement I would like to see is some kind of change tracking to identify who made changes, and the ability to roll back to a previous state if needed. Thanks Smartsheets - you are the best in class of affordable collaborative software!

I was attempting to buy tickets for a opening day baseball game the day of the game. I purchased one ticket and was not given the chance to confirm my email For the E ticket. There was a typo in my email address and somehow without confirming the correct email address. The ticket went through and I never received my ticket. I have used StubHub and vivid seats for years and never had any issues. Customer service was not helpful and never returned any information about the claim when they said they were gonna call back two hours later. They never did. Save your time and go to StubHub or vivid seats. Every other website I have used always confirms my email to confirm that the ticket goes to the proper place. Beware if you use this site.

We found out they were charging us insidiously for the past 5 years. No email reminders of upcoming "renewals", no reminders of their subscription services - literally not a peep from them. Just quietly charging our card yearly because I suspect if they DID remind people, we'd obviously cancel it at some point. We discovered it through going through a year's worth of charges and when we reached out to them, the customer service agent we spoke to actually had the nerve to end the chat. Luckily for us, if you live in the state of NY it's actually illegal for them to quietly charge for a subscription repeatedly (google illegal subscription renewal NY) so we've already written to our state attorney general. We'll also be filling out a BBB claim (they're not accredited btw, big surprise), and we'll file a dispute with our credit card. Once you file with your credit card, they'll either take care of the charges OR you can open up a report with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau where they'll DEFINITELY take care of this. Hope this helps anyone else dealing with care.com's sad little scam.
